We have 15 of these around our office and they all work great. We have been buying this model for the past 3 years and the only trouble we have had is operator neglect with metal utinsels or foil. Great small compact unit for the office.

I bought this microwave to replace my old Sharp Carousel mike, which finally died after over 25 years of service. It heats evenly and is easy to clean and maintain, just like the old one. It has a good selection of options for heating and defrosting, and doesn't have so many buttons that you can't figure out what to do. I mainly use it for defrosting and for reheating leftovers, and it's great for those purposes. It's a great product for a good price.

I have bought a couple of these for our office and they work just great. They a priced reasonable and easy to use.

We needed a new microwave and we already had a Sharp microwave and we found that this model was exactly what we needed to replace the Sharp microwave that we had for 15 years.

It's a good buy. Not too fancy but not a stripped down plain jane either. Fair value for the money in my opinion.

We needed a replacement microwave since our last one was on its last leg. I did a little research and decided on this one mainly for the price and size-perfect fit for my little family. I'm really happy with this purchase.

This is a good microwave. Heats up the food well. Looks pretty in the kitchen. Very basic and easy to use.

It makes things hot, just like a microwave should. It has decent room inside to heat things up.

For the price, it has most basic and some extra functions, as well as being higher wattage. So far, so good

This would be a better microwave if a light would stay on when door was open. Everything else seems A OKAY

I like this microwave, it's not huge, but large enough to handle occasional big dishes and the right amount of wattage. It's only drawback is the stupid keypad layout, with the zero to the right of the rest of the numbers, Means I have to constantly check to make sure I entered the right time, since the whole world is used to zero being at the bottom of the keypad.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my niece - the microwave is great from what I hear. What needs work is the customer service at Best Buy in Plymouth Meeting, PA. I ordered the microwave online fro store pick up and when I went there to pick it up, the guy that waited on me acted like such an arrogant snob that I started to leave the microwave right there. If it wasn't a gift, I would have left it there in the store. His attitude was just ugly and I even had to lift the item into my cart myself. He didn't even offer to help me get it to my car!! Best Buy needs to work on their staff's behavior.

I am very happy with this microwave. I like all the features, especially the 30 second button and the size is perfect for my space. I just wish the light would come on when door is opened and not just when cooking.

nice countertop microwave easy to set clock and lots of preprogrammed buttons for quick heating of foods

I don't like that the light only comes on when the microwave is running. Very hard to see when cleaning.

Good for the price. I recommend it. Very powerful microwave. Work perfectly as expected.
