Bought for my son who was moving into his first apartment. This unit offered the size and features of a much more expensive unit and was well rated. So far he loves it and like most his age uses for doing 90% of his cooking. Thanks for a great deal Best Buy!

IT IS NICE UNIT WHICH IS EASILY TO BE USED. THE ONLY ISSUE IS LITTLE BIT NOISY.

Very good microwave, got it on sale for a very good price. It is small and doesn't take much spaces. Heats food very quickly

I've been using this microwave for about a month and everything went well. I use it everyday for reheating and simple cooking. Never had any issue in term of the performance. I usually use the counter top microwave with higher watts, so compare to that, this microwave takes longer time to reheat but still quick. I bought the white one and feels satisfied with the design, its fit perfectly for my white and grey kitchen set. The feature is also good, very usefull and simple for everyday cooking. I think its important to read the manual for every new appliances so we can maximize the use of each product. The manual is very helpful. However, i'm very disappointed with the quality of the product. I received the product not in 100% good condition. I found that the lower left side of the body is a little bit loose or improperly assembled so i can hear "bang" sound if i touch it (the right side is perfectly assembled). Found some little scratches on the tip of the door and body. And the assembly of the door is also not perfect, i can see it unevenly put (few millimeters). However, i dont want to waste time and energy to return it to the store. I decided to give it a try since the defect i found is (hopefully) only on the outside.

This is a great replacement for a microwave that no longer works. Same size as my old one but with more power.

This is a pretty good microwave for general household use. There are two drawbacks that prevent me from rating it as excellent. The light inside the microwave shuts off when it's not on, so when you open the door after cooking it's too dark inside to see if what you're cooking is done, It's also hard to read the buttons on the front of the microwave unless you have a light directly on it.

Small unit for countertop use. Powerful but small and quiet. Recommended for college dorms or small kitchens.

It does what a microwave should do. It seems to heat quickly and efficiently and is the perfect size for a countertop.

Bought a fancier one of a different brand at another store which kicked out my WiFi when it was running. Returned that one and bought this one at Best Buy. It's quieter than the fancier brand and works like it's supposed to. Easy to clean.

This microwave has performed flawlessly for the time we have owned it and is certainly comparable to most other brands. Cost was very reasonable. Only thing I do not like is the thirty second quick heat. One must manually stop the unit from the thirty second mark, let us say, if only heating twenty seconds. I have found no way to heat less than thirty seconds except this way.

This product was the perfect fit in both size and price range for what we needed. Works well, no issues.

It was the perfect size. The settings could not be easier. I used microwavable die-hard,bowls etc..everything came out perfect. A microwaved broiling pan made the best steak. I like sharp products and with that price you can't go wrong.

It's a good value for my needs. It's a good looking unit and does the job.

I had a Sharp microwave for about 10 years until it died. I am very happy with this model. It is a little smaller which is a good thing and very easy to use. The black looks very nice and the price was right.
