I purchased this item to replace the microwave in my motorhome. I selected this unit as it was one of the highest wattage for its size with a turn table. Works excellent, and isn't too loud. It heats things up much quicker than my old 20 year old microwave, and weighs much less.

I was looking for a microwave with at least 1000 watts but one that doesn't use a lot of counter space, which is a challenge. This microwave fits that need, and at a good price. Function is great. I also wanted a brand name, and Sharp is the original inventor of the microwave turntable...thus the name, Sharp Carousel!

The microwave works fine but there is two things I wish I would have known before buying it. First the light does not come on unless the oven is cooking not when you just open the door. Secondly you cant put in a manual time like 1:30 because as soon as you press the 1 it comes on automatically for one minute on high. The same goes for numbers 1-6 on keypad. If this doesn't bother you than it's a good deal.

Small, practical, easy to use and gets the job done; good value for the money

I got this unit as an open box at the Glendale Best Buy for $60. However after using it, I would have had no problem paying the full price of $109 for this unit. It cooks quickly and evenly. (I"m going from a 900 watt microwave to this one which is 11000 watts and absolutely notice the difference in cooking time(s).) If you're looking for a basic Microwave that has a few features, but not all the bells and whistles then this is for you. My only complaint is that, to this point, I haven't figured out if there is a timer feature on the microwave. The timer feature is something I use a lot when doing laundry, or need to know when something else is done, but I can always use my cell phone for that. It's just a shame that such a basic feature isn't included.

This was purchased for an elderly person in the family to replace a 25 year old different brand that was 'drafty' when using and overheated food. My husband set this up very quickly on her small counter space and the white looks great! We chose white because it's easier for her to see pushing the buttons. She had no problem learning to run it which is very easy and straightforward. Heats and cooks evenly...no complaints. Not overly noisy...comfortable. Sharp Carousel microwaves are a trusted brand and have been around a long time, so we made a great choice and price! Best Buy always has the best sale prices, brands, and biggest choices on all of their appliances that we always choose to shop there rather than elsewhere.

If you are on a budget and need a good microwave then this is for you. At just under $100, this product works well and looks good. Heats items fast and quite well.

I can't believe such a good microwave oven for $120! And that includes a two year warranty. It might have been on sale when I purchased it. Plus I got enough bonus points on my Best Buy card that I received a ten dollar coupon! This microwave is so much better than my old one. It cooks faster. And the light inside is brighter making it much easier to watch what's cooking.

I wanted a microwave that would head up my food well and not be hideous. This adequate performer has checked both those boxes, albeit with some trepidation.

We owned our last Sharp microwave for the better part of almost 10 years. Absolutely loved it and were sad when it finally gave it's last turn. Got the extra funds to purchase another Sharp; this one had the wattage I wanted and happened to be on sale! I've had it for almost 2 months now and I love it. Reheats/heats in no time and perfectly defrosts. Glad I stuck with Sharp.
