I had a little problem figuring out how to program the desired cook time but after reading the instructions, it was easy.

You get what you pay for . . . and right now if this microwave lasts 10 years, it will have more than paid for itself! Sharp is an excellent, dependable brand and it seems to lead the competition in affordable microwaves (and flat screen TVs). If I had any complaint at all about this appliance, it would be the flimsy door and overall build of the outer walls. Other than that, it heats our lunch. If that's all it does for the life of this microwave, I'll be more than happy!

My previous microwave had been a Sharp, it lasted years. The old one finally gave out and I needed a new one. My first choice was always Sharp as they were the originals. I went from 650w to 1000w, which was quite a change. I love the new unit! Same size as my old one but with so many more features! Great buy and it was on sale!

for the price i purchase for i got a great dea. Also if yo purchace one i Recommend purchacing a warrenting due to micowave done last a long time but bestbiy will replace it witha new one or one that cost what yo pay. what like the post is the 30 second feature it give you.

I would highly recommend this microwave. It was a great price in store. The inside is pretty big and cooks food quickly. The only downside so far is that the microwave is noisy when it is running.

I recently bought this microwave, my kids love them as it is so easy to use and convenient size means it doesn't use much of space. I love this microwave and would recommend to my friends.

Our microwave broke and we needed one ASAP. Went into best buy and grabbed what we saw. Only complaint is that you have to hit a power button before you can enter desired time, otherwise the number pad defaults to a preset time. Overall, pretty satisfied with this purchase.

First thing I miss is my lighted keypad. I missed that in my research evidently. I can't use this one without turning on the overhead. Partly because the zero is not at the bottom of the keypad as normal. Second thing is that I'm used to just entering the time I want and hitting start. For instance: My frozen burritos take 1min/4secs. This machine has a quick-start function. You press "one" and it runs for one minute. That's cool IF you want one minute. To get 104, I've got to hit power first. Very difficult to find in low light situations - like my kitchen at night. Not a deal-breaker obviously but trying none-the-less.

My mother-in-law thanks me for this microwave every time I talk to her. I would say that she is very happy camper.

Easy to install, does not shut off when thawing items like my other microwaves in the past. No issues so far with this product.

The size of this microwave oven fits my kitchen very well, it's not most powerful, but suits me well, and I like it.

Bought this microwave to replace my old noisy 900w. Reviews were mixed, price and wattage was good, so I figured...try it. This microwave overheats and blows the wall outlet for anything over 5 mins! After about 5 mins It will reset itself, possibly leaving food unheated. Should have returned it but didn't want to bother toting the weigh. I have 2 young adult sons, and they microwave EVERYTHING, so they decided to drag out the old noisy one and deal with cooking extra mins (at least it works properly). The wattage is great and up to standard for boiling water, maybe. Very disappointed in Sharp.

This microwave was just the right size for our counter. Also, the interior of the microwave was the perfect size for cooking most dishes. It is easy to set the cooking time.

We bought this microwave oven to use while our kitchen was being remodeled, and it worked really well for all our needs.

Great value and a great product! Replacement for an older microwave that went out on me. Nice modern look and fairly priced!
