Less than a month later it started turning on and off real fast when you where using it. Who knows what that could be doing to the house electrical system. Sharp customer service got involved and eventually did a RMA to take back to Best Buy and exchange. Best Buy CS had no idea what to do with the RMA number I got from Sharp. I left the store with another new one, but they never figured out how to use the RMA#. Present unit working, but it has only been 1 week. Will see how long this one lasts.

I waited about 50 mins just for someone to help also after I purchased it I needed help with it to the car, forget about that help no one wanted to help. The Paradise Valley store is where I will continue to use

The size we perfect, not to heavy or too big, yet the capacity was perfect for quick dinners and reheating lunches. The popcorn button comes in handy for quick snacks for the kids.
