    The keypad has some options for sensor cooking and defrosting that need more explanation but there was no manual with the unit, so I am not able to use all the features right now. But it's fine for simple reheating and making popcorn--that button works just fine.

    I first bought one of these when my built-in was having trouble. It performs better than the built-in, cooks quickly and is a good size. I recently bought a second one of these when my built-in failed out of warranty.

    The microwave fit perfectly into the space we had. However, there is a difference in the quality from the one we replaced. This was is lighter weight and has no timer and the carosel doesn't stay in place and I am afraid it will fall out. All in all it is fine and works well, but this is the only one that would fit in the space. Maybe we should have looked around more. controls are confusing.
