It drives me nuts the way the numbers are set up. They aren't set up like a standard microwave with the zero at the bottom. Spend lots of time looking for the zero as it is also another button. Getting so I just use the 30 second timer and push it a bunch of times.

It heats food so much quicker than the smaller, less expensive microwave we were using before. It really is a LOT better!
