Appears to be an error that prevents it from starting or the touch panel. In any event out a microwave in a year and a half.

This model offered us the benefit of both options. It is powerful enough to heat up everything we need. I really like to shortcut buttons for things like popcorn or frozen pizza.

Works well, lacks a few features

The only things I don't like about it are 1) the sound of the door closing is loud, and 2) there's no way to turn off the beeps or turn down the volume, two important features if you have babies in the house.
