    This is a good basic microwave. It works well for reheating meals, making beverages and popcorn. I don't actually cook much in a microwave, so it works very well for my needs.

    Arrived on time, ran it, everything seemed to work ok. Should have better operating instructions, ex: nothing about how to just set for 10-15 sec., etc. Had to spend some time figuring out how to do it. Looks like a good item for the money spent. I am installing it into my travel trailer.

    This is strictly a "one touch" cooking microwave. You don't have the ability to enter a specific time. I would not purchase one like this again.

    Defective due to cheap cardboard piece inside the microwave that came loose in shipping. Best Buy did not make returning easy either as I had to pay to ship it back and currently waiting for a credit of more than $22.00. Not a fan of Best Buy Online anymore... BEWARE OF PROBLEMS WITH DEFECTS AND TRYING TO RETURN THEM.
