Works good, quiet, size a little small but all in all good for price

The Sharp 1.1 Cu. Ft. Microwave is perfect for small spaces. While it may be small, it certainly has the power to cook things in a short amount of time. I love the fact that it has a timer and defrost options. A perfect fit!

After owning a Sharp Microwave that lasted 18 yrs it was obvious what brand of new one I wanted. Best Buy was the closest place that carried Sharp (60 miles away one-way). Upon returning home I used the microwave a total of 3 minutes before the turntable stopped working. Back to the store for a refund. After 240 miles of driving I still don't have a microwave! Time to order one, anything but Sharp. Besides not working it no longer has a timer and the light is only on while cooking. My old one had a timer and the light stayed on with the door open. Very disappointed!

We use this for our small business and has been all we hoped. It has worked perfectly and is able to handle the demand of constant heating in quick timing.

It is a good microwave. I will say after only having it for 1 year and three months i am noticing some issues with it now. It won't heat evenly now. But i still like it.

Bought it on sale with a special lower price because it was an open box. Didn't look like it was even taken out of box. All packing and guide in plastic and in place. Great Value!!!

I purchased this same microwave before but it broke within months. Gave it another try and this one has lasted longer over 6 months without any problems. This is the only compact white colored microwave that I liked in terms of design and ease of use.

This oven works great and no problem using the buttons. If I had to wish for something it would be that when you open the door the light comes on. It only comes on when the oven is on and this seems a bit strange. The second wish would be for a kitchen timer. Both of these things are not necessary but would be nice. Otherwise, I would recommend this microwave.

Wanted a small but good micro. This is it! Heats and cooks quickly. Doesn't take up a lot of room on the counter.

Bought this microwave on bestbuy.com thinking it would be a good replacement for a microwave I had for about 20 years. In under six months the keypad had intermittent failures. I returned the defective microwave to the store I picked it up at. The customer service rep at the store did not follow the Best Buy policy:" return it to a Best Buy store and we'll arrange for a replacement". What I got was a store credit, not a replacement. As far as I am concerned; I went to Best Buy to get a replacement for a defective product and left with store credit at I store I NEVER want to return to. The customer service rep looked at me like I was an idiot, when I said I wanted a replacement NOT a store credit. Best Buy sells defective products and their customer service reps don't even know store policy. BEWARE.

The Office's old Microwave was ready for recycling which meant time to go to Best Buy. I first purchased a similiar product but different brand name. It was inoperative out of the box. My mistake was choosing something cheap versus a good value. I brought it back to Best Buy later the same day and purchased the Sharp Microwave. I paid a bit more (but not much) and got a good working microwave for the office. With high food and gas prices employees were bringing their lunches and venturing out far less. We needed a solid good working microwave and this product fit the bill. The Sharp Microwave has been working every business day, multiple times a day since I purchased it. The Group is happy and that makes me happy.

It's 2016 but this 1970's technology is still very expensive so when I saw this on sale I had to get it. At 1.1 cubic inches this is one of the smaller microwaves but not tiny. You can fit a plate with no problem. Unlike a 0.7 one.

When I decided to replace my old (large) microwave I had to research not only the quality of models and brands, but also size. This model is just right. We are still reading the owner's manual to learn the tricks, but have been pleased with the results.
