My old microwave was missing numbers and was a little big for the counter. I'm glad I broke down and brought a smaller unit.

It is a great micro wave for the money. We wanted a white 1000 watt micro-ware. This won is just right. The only thing that is different is how you have to program the power level. It is different than the last three micro waves that we had.

I read all of the reviews, the good, the bad and the ugly. Haven't had this long but so far I really like it. I missed the 30 second add on my old microwave but this one has it.. This also has a 10 second plus and minus. It is quiet and easy to use. I like the light being bright while cooking the food. I dont need the light when I open the door. This will get a lot of use at our house.

Bought this microwave Jan 10th...it's only been used 1 month...right???...warmed up soup today...it melted the roller ring & the little stem that the glass plate sits on...so I tried it 1 more time...cooking a tv dinner & rotating it by hand according to directions...the food came out HARD AS A ROCK!!!...I unplugged it and it is out of my house!!!...I believe the thermostat is wacko...the thing is that a frig I bought from best buy was as noisey as heck...returned the frig & got $$ back on that...but I just kiss the $$ for the microwave goodbye...what the h--- is going on with the craftman's in these appliances???

This microwave works seamlessly. It has been a great replacement for it's predecessor that we had for over 10 years. It's an adjustment that the light does not come on when you open the door.

This microwave is TOO LOUD. I have no complaints besides this, but it really is ANNOYING when this thing is SO LOUD! It sounds like there is a loose piece of metal inside that vibrates loudly whenever it is cooking. I can barely stand to be in the kitchen while it is making this noise. I feel I am being generous with two stars. I'm contemplating returning it, but I had such a hard time finding one small enough to fit where I need it.

Great replacement microwave when ours stopping working

Bought the same microwave twice. First one was making a annoying noise like it was gonna to break down soon. The second microwave push button gave out and I was unable to open the microwave. Both lasted a little over a year.

I had the same microwave and used it for five years. Not a single problem. When I moved, I had to give it to a friend as I could not carry it with me. At the new house, I was thinking to buy something new but could not find anything that can match my needs and ended up buying the same one. Its easy to use and quality is perfect.

Our microwave broke, and I was in need of a new one. I didn't want to buy a small dorm-sized one either. This one was a name brand with decent controls. When I got it home and used it, I found that it works great and was very happy with my purchase. At under $100, it was great product at a great price.

Little bigger then what I had wanted but love the safety feature on it. Something was placed in microwave for to long and should have caught fire. Insteadit just shut down. Had to wait a few minutes, unplug and replug and it reset its self but the alturnative could have been worse.

This microwave heats very well, however without a timer function, it lacks a major need that my household has.

I'm very disappointed that the light comes on only when oven is in use. Can't see well while placing food in or removing it. Wiping it clean is only guesswork. In my dimly-lit apartment, this is a big deal. I wish it would have been stated in the description that light works only when microwave is in operation. Otherwise, it is satisfactory.

I purchased one in 2005 and it is still functioning well. it is a family donkey

This item worked just as expected. It has great warming power for our office!

Works great for what we need. Easy to keep clean. Cooking is even.

Microwave would only run for 1 minute at a time a month after purchase. Called Sharp and they suggested unplugging and replugging which I had/have done several times. He said that since that didn't work he needed to transfer me to another department but they weren't available so he said that he would have them call me. I now keep it unplugged unless I'm heating something up. Now it's been 2 months since my purchase and it will only run 20 seconds at a time and no return call from Sharp. This microwave replaced a 16 year old Whirlpool Gold that finally stopped working. I wouldn't recommend this microwave to my worse enemy.

Purchased this microwave for the office. It's perfect!
