    This microwave is functional and stylish. I was concerned that the food would not cook properly because it didn't rotate but that was not the case. The only thing I would change is a fully lit instrument panel.

    Initial product was damaged. Best Buy customer Care replaced product and took back damaged item in a few days. Microwave drawer has no issues. Make sure to vent appropriately especially if flush mounting.

    Works great. Quiet too. Wish you could press the open/close button midway through opening or closing and stop/then reverse direction. Sometimes you don't need for it to open all the way.

    Love the fact that this microwave is in a drawer. So much easier to take hot dishes from the counter level drawer than from overhead. Opens and closes smoothly. Also love that the control panel flips open for easy use.

    I have considered the drawer option because of the location of my microwave. No bending over to use the microwave. The fold out panel is a great addition as you can see the buttons pad while standing straight

    We had an above gas range microwave and vent a hood combination that worked well, but wanted more of a custom look to our kitchen. Bought a GE vent a hood insert and had a cabinet custom built around it. Then ordered the microwave drawer to give us the custom look we wanted .
