Wasn't sure how I would like the drawer microwave - heard mixed reviews before we purchased one for our newly renovated kitchen. Have to say, I really like it! The Sharp model was recommended to us and so far, we've been very happy with it.

We bought this microwave when we were renovating our kitchen. We use it everyday for warming dishes and drinks. It is easy and effort less to put in and pickup large dishes because of the drawer level of its height. Our friends that see it love it.

For the first time in 8.5 years I do not have a microwave above my head hitting me in the face with hot food!

After 1.8 months the key pad stopped working under less than normal use, microwave oatmeal in the morning and veggies at night. Occasionally warm up lunch when home. No kids in the house, just my wife and me. Warranty is one year. Cost to fix, $300 if I take it out of the wall and deliver to store, $450+ if they come to the house. Heating is power is weak as well. Presetting's for defrost are not good and design of presetting's needs improvement. Unfortunately, Sharp has a patent on this type of unit and it will be good when it runs out so they have some competition. For now, they can get away with poor quality since is it is the only game in town. Consider carefully the design vs the poor quality.

This is great. I am not tall so have a drawer that I can reach down in to is awesome. Very please with the purchase. Very sleek design as well. I have received many complements on the microwave and will receive many more.

A well designed product from Sharp who is the leader in Microwave Technology. Looks Posh and Modern. Fits well under the Counter. Easy to access with the pull out drawer. The interface is a little confusing to navigate.

The flip down panel is a great idea, but microwave stopped working after only six weeks. We spent a lot of money on this microwave and cabinet design, and we're back to our $100 microwave on the cabinet that has worked for years while we wait for technicians and parts. I know it looks great, but, If you buy one, have a backup! what a disappointment.

Best Buy is always my "go to" place for appliances and small appliances. I love the selection, and I am happy with the Drawer Microwave I purchased. I appreciate the knowledgeable sales personnel, delivery notifications, and the courtesy of delivery personnel.

Bought this to go in our kitchen island. Easy access for our kids and much less dangerous taking out anything hot like soups. A little trickier to clean but manageable. Wish it had a rotating tray. Like the hideaway buttons and giving the drawer a hip check to close. Little pricey but looks good in the kitchen.

This product was recommended by the associate and lives up to the promises. I love this form factor and size and recommend it to others. I bought the set including the other kitchen appliances, and they all go well together.

I didn’t know what a microwave drawer was until faced with a kitchen redesign issue. It fits under you countertop and opens just like a drawer. It works beautifully. Seamless installation. So happy with this decision!

So far this is a great microwave. It is very new but it has great features and is nicely tucked away. We like being able to see in to the drawer and see how the food is doing and it easier to get items in and out than one at eye level. A great addition to our new kitchen island.

Love this microwave heats up quickly and the under cab design is great for saving space

Upgraded our 100 year old kitchen and this fits in as it is not gaudy at all. Easy to use and quiet. Opens and closes a little slow but not a major burden. Defrost cycle is coded so that took a moment to learn but all in all a pretty cool microwave.

This product looks amazing and is a statement piece in the kitchen. Pulling and pushing the drawer takes a second, it’s slower than regular microwave

Great appliance, installation instructions clear and accurate in specification. Unit operates quietly and while there is no turntable within the unit the content appears to cook efficiently and throughout with minimal stirring. Very nice "fit and finish"

I’ve had the microwave for about two weeks. Very happy with the tucked out of the way location in the island. Easy to use and keep clean

This replaced a regular microwave that was under the counter. SO much easier to access! I love all the automatic sensors for warming, melting, cooking fresh and frozen vegetables, thawing, etc. this was a splurge because of cost but well worth it.
