I had this same microwave (from a different store) before and it lasted 6 years. I liked it so much that I ordered the same exact one and it was hard to find so I am glad that Best Buy had it. Delivered early and great packaging. I really love the black stainless steel look; goes very well with my decor and my personal tastes.

The first microwave stopped working in 2 weeks, 1 day after the return period ended. Luckily, I purchased the 2 year warranty and decided to try another Sharp microwave.
Please get the warranty, because these sensor microwaves stop working.

Easy to use microwave. Have used it for about 2 months and have not had any issues. It is on the smaller side.

Great microwave oven with an easy to use control panel. I really like that it is deeper than the last one I had and a higher wattage rating.

This is a great microwave, just a note the child proof lock is on as a default. please read how to disable it before you get frostrated at having to unlock it every time you use it.
it is a GREAT idea for people to avoid getting burned when you rushing to put dinner on the table.

first one dented in back... sprung the door. 2nd one dented in the front. Super long wait to pick up at store.... store is not well organized... get it shipped maybe it wont be dented. I put up with 2nd dent cause I don't want to wait on a third unit.... but I'm not happy with best buy!
