This microwave replaced a 10-year-old Sharpe that was a bit bigger and more powerful. So far it has worked well. It is quieter than our old one, and quieter than I was led to believe by earlier reviews. The beeps that come after the cooking is done is also nowhere near as load or obtrusive as others have described. It is helpful as I sometimes get side-tracked and forget I had put something into the microwave. I wish the door-opener button seemed more sturdy, that there was a way to select the number of seconds you want to heat something, and that I could trust the timing to do popcorn. Overall, we are pleased with how this is working in the 8 or so weeks we have had it.

My old microwave lasted about 15 years and decided to replace it with this one. The size was perfect, the color fit right in and it works like a champ. Easy to use, easy to program!

This microwave quit working 27 days after I received it. Best Buy had me calling one place after another with the final response of its not their responsibility. Luckily it's a Sharp product and they replaced it in 3 days. Best Buy really gave me the run around before finally telling me to move on. I didn't find them friendly or helpful.

I bought this microwave because it was the right size to replace my old one. I was reluctant to get it, because after reading the product description and the reviews, I couldn't tell if it had the feature where I press the "1" or "2" and it automatically starts for one or two minutes. I always used this feature on my old one. It does have this feature for 1-6 minutes. With this particular model, it comes in handy because as others have commented, the 0/zero button is in an unusual place. To the right of the six. If I had to press zero very often, this would have driven me crazy! But since it has the quick start, I rarely use the zero.

Purchased this as a Replacement for another Sharp and couldn't be happier. It is a Full Size Microwave, but it is Excellent.

I previously owned a Sharp Microwave for 13 years. My new Sharp Microwave is not what I expected. It seems very cheaply made and every time we hit the door open button, the entire microwave moves backwards. The door fills up with steam every time it cooks something longer than 5 minutes. I won't buy the Sharp brand again.

I had the old model Sharp Carousel and we loved it, lasted 8 years. However I thought about switching to either the LG or GE, because of reviews and I should have done it. This microwave takes twice as long as the old one for defrost and at l 1/2 times for cooking. Was going to return however I purchased it over 30 days ago (10-18-16). The panel on this is also dark. such as the review on the LG or GE I believe. Shop around or go with the 1200 watt. It is a solid microwave and lot of room. We just want the fast cooking for our late suppers and spur of the moment defrost for burger or chicken. So if you want fast cooking or quick defrost, try the 1200 watt or look at other options.

Touch pad a little confusing. Zero is out of place.

I bought this microwave for the grocery store where I work, and we all love it. It's a nice size, and does what we need beautifully. AND it was on sale for a great price!

Takes up a bit of counter space but you get a lot of room on the inside..

We replaced an older version of this unit. This one is quieter and more compact. Hopefully this will last as long as the last.

Just purchased this microwave within the last 30 days. Works great so far. Much better than the last one I had.

Last one(Sharp) lasted 20 plus years, so wanted another one just as good and about the same size. This fit the bill and yes it is quieter than the old one...so much so, you're not sure it is working...but it is. I love it so far....just hope it will last as long as last one. Then again, it should....it's a Sharp!

This is a excellent counter top microwave. There are no negatives to this and the price was GREAT !!!!

The microwave works great and is very quiet. It quickly heats up items for a quick meal or snack.

This microwave takes the thinking out of heating. It's easy to use! The frozen vegetable feature heats to perfection without overcooking. The meat defrost feature actually defrosts--other ovens begin to cook the meat!

It works great and is the perfect size for the counter. It cooks quickly.
