It is not going to blow anyone away with the bass and the it isn't an immersive surround sound experience but that's hard to get with a sound bar unless you are willing to pay 3x as much as this one. Overall it has a well balanced, clear sound that is definitely going to be an improvement over base tv speakers. The bluetooth and NFC capability are convenient features as well. Just make sure you have plenty of room on the wall/ tv stand because this bar really is huge!

Look to upgrade after a couple years as the Bluetooth connection with devices only works when the device is in the same room as the sound bar. Also audio quality on higher models is much better.

I would not recommend this for an apartment unless your neighbor really wants to watch your movies and shows too.

Good sound for the price
