The clips that hold the face plate on were snapped. Best Buy will not take it back and now I am dealing with Sharp to get a replacement faceplate. Not sure I want to deal with a company that will not help post sale. This is a common problem. My mother-in-law had 3 of these drawer styles from Sharp shipped to her before she got one that wasn't somehow defective. Regretting this purchase BIG TIME.
