Speakers are 50 watts and OK could use a little more quality sound. I may source a subwoofer for an additional speaker. The system does have an output jack for such an item.

The CD tray is this thin plastic I see breaking someday. The radio reception is not good. I am looking for a better FM antenna. I hope that works.

This Sharp replaced a 20 year old system that I couldn't keep the sound playing. It would just stop and start at will. I hated that I would have to replace it. The sound on it was awesome too. But, it all turned out perfect. I couldn't have found a better replacement. I really like the bass adjustment.

So worth it for the price. We needed something small to put in the garage to listen to music while we play darts. Great buy

Small, yet powerful enough for my needs in my off. Only draw back I've noticed is when you power off the unit "Bluetooth Standby" stays on. I've looked through the instructions with the unit and there is nothing there to indicate how to power this down also. When you turn on the extra base, it muffles the music. Overall I would rate the unit a 4.5, however no half marks are available so I gave it a 5 rating.
