Although not as fast or clear as my previous TV, this TV has a lot of bells and whistles for a low price. We’re satisfied.

Best buy shipped it to my house for free a couple of days later and I honestly could not be happier.

WiFi Connection Is NOT for This Unit!

Con: Just one and it's HUGE. We experience a buffering or lag on every channel or every service to date, purchased in March of 2019. Done with troubleshooting via Sharp and my internet provider! They're pointing fingers at each as to why the buffering is occurring on my Wifi connection. My signal strength is "Good". Monday morning I'm going to head to the local cable customer service office and get another box, at an additional expense, so our programming will be uninterrupted. *Beware if you don't have a strong or great Wifi/Internet signal, be prepared to get a cable box for thisvmodel.

Good but sound sucks

Picture quality is excellent but sound is extremely low. Even when you turn it up all the way it’s hard to hear. I had to buy a separate sound bar for $80 to be able to hear. And no I am not deaf. You’ll see
