Bought the TV 5 weeks ago. Screen has never been as clear as lead to believe. TV glitches a lot and now currently has black and green lines going across the screen. TV Volume gets stuck very high and doesn't come down without having to turn the TV off and back on. Would not recommend.

Small remote control without numbers. No option to skip channels. Only up and down channels option. Roku forces you to enter your email, even to set up antenna channels. Not too satisfied with the product.

Purchased for daughter-Price! Good feature set, especially if your are a ROKU subscriber. Functional remote and good choice of apps. Color out of the box was ok, calibration helped.

I hate the remote. When menu pulls up, I have to select twice to enter TV. Have had to install Netflix twice and it still freezes at 90% in the middle of program and I have to restart Netflix. It sucks!

Very satisfied with the purchase and service.. we went and bought another one after a few days.

We are happy with this TV. Great price, great screen and the Roku integration is perfect. We still connect our Apple TV to it so we can watch movies from my computer. End result = happy customer!

I just bought this for my daughters room she loves it all the apps work perfectly they update on their own connecting antenna No cable easily watch local channels was just antenna

Bought this for the bedroom. Simple to work with and picture quality is ok. They could do better on the sound though. Loosing quality over time. Ok for the price though

Image is crystal clear, many great apps for watching TV and movie content. Our PS4 Pro looks amazing on here and there's a huge improvement in other HD content that has been upscaled.

I purchased this TV Christmas 2018, a little less than 2 years later, there are black bars going across the screen that come and go. As you can imagine, kind of ruins the whole experience of watching tv. This was out of nowhere and not caused by any physical damage because the TV hasn't moved from its mount since it was placed on 2 years ago. Other than that, looks good and works fine but black bars across the screen make it pretty pointless. Unfortunately out of warranty at this point. Oh well.

Had a LG 50'' that i bought 4 years ago at Sam's for a little over $600. The picture went out but still had sound, haven't a clue what happened but I purchased this 55" Sharp for half of what I paid for the LG. Everything is great with new tv.

this was on sale at a good price, read reviews about a volume problem, went ahead and purchased the tv and I have had no problems so far after a month and still doing just fine

This TV is a great value for the price. It's not the best TV on the market thus the 4 starts. But it has everything we wanted. We have had it for a short time so we cannot speak to its long term value. But for now we are very happy with it.

Wasn't expecting much for what I paid but pretty blown away. Especially love the Roku integration and the ability to divert the sound to your headphones via this app.

Bought this tv for our second living room for our kids and it’s been the best decision. The kids have really enjoyed it and are accessing all the smart features

Screen is amazingly clear, smart tv function doesn’t ever give fits. For the price you can’t go wrong. We had a Hisense tv first but enjoy this viewing experience much more.

What a "bang for your buck". And the best buy associates were so nice. Best Service I have ever received. Best Buy has done an awesome job in changing their culture. They can easily compete with Amazon.

Big tv, I mounted it to the wall, looks great! Only quarrel is that it donsent connect to bluetooth devices and it doesn't work with most soundbars.

Great tv! Great brand! Just recently upgraded to a 75-inch LG tv. Still own this tv and now sitting in our guest bedroom for the guests to enjoy.

We found a great deal over Labor Day on this t.v. Our old one gave out and this is a great value. We have had to pull the power plug once to reset the modem internally. Not a big deal.
