This tv is supposed to be a smart tv but it does not allow you to do the things that smart tvs are supposed to do. There is no access to Internet browsing, I am not able to mirror my cell phone in order to be able to watch what I want to watch. I only have access to the apps that are loaded on the tv. Getting other apps is VERY limited. In addition I HATE THE REMOTE. It doesn’t have numbers on it so that you can quickly switch from one channel to another. I have to scroll through all of the channels to get to the channel I want. There is a way to save “favorite” channels but somehow channels have randomly appeared there. Overall I hate I bought this tv and I should’ve done a lot more research before purchasing it. It was an impulse purchase that I DEEPLY regret!
