    Buffing and backlight bleeding

    This TV is huge and the image is not bad. But it has a really bad backlight bleeding and the internet connection sucks. I live in a one bedroom apartment, my router in the living room and TV in the bedroom. At the beginning every time I would turn on the TV the WiFi would be "out of range", even though on my phone it has all the bars. I bought a WiFi extender and it still had the same problem, then I connected a Ethernet cable, it solved this problem but the connection is horrible. Literally everything that I stream, both from my phone or from the apps in the TV itself, it stops all the time for buffing, quality drops all the time. It's a nightmare. I have an insignia in my living room not Smart but with Chromecast connected and it streams perfectly, so obviously the problem is the TV not the internet. I'm very disappointed at this piece of garbage. Pay a little extra and go for a better brand.

    TV just didn't function

    I struggled with this TV since day one. I replaced a smaller Sharp TV for this larger one so it was all set up to go with cabling, hook-ups etc. It quickly started to "lose signal", go black, show error, then reconnect and show content (Cable TV). The extent of this issue would change, sometimes it would work for an hour, sometimes it wouldn't work at all. I tried every conceivable configuration and settings. If I connected cable box directly to the TV (Not through a stereo fearing HDMI-CEC issues between the two devices - which I tried to remedy through settings with no luck) - then it would maintain picture, but the audio would then lag the the action, drastically. Very disappointing and frustrated. Taking the TV back.

    Do not buy!!!! Sound is all messed up. When using HDMI ARC the volume display keeps popping up every 5 seconds. no way to get rid of it. So can't use ARC channel. The optical is literally 5 secs behind the picture no fix. It will also turn on TV speakers using optical. So I mute TV speakers and use optical and a minute later the tv speakers are back on. Picture is only ok... The setting CONSTANTLY keep resetting. Everytime I adjust the picture it goes back to default. I just bought this pile of crap.

    BACKLIGHT BLEED IS BAAAAAAD, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! It’s been mentioned a few times on here but this isn’t at all what I expected. It’s literally all around the tv. It was delivered to me 4 hours ago and as we speak, I’m calling them to return it.

    Many Sound Problems

    Lips are not in sync with program. Can be adjusted in settings but as soon as you change the channel the problem occurs again. Not connecting to Bose sounds system. This is a Hisense TV and you get Hisense Customer Service which is difficult to communicate and understand. Poor Service inconsistent product.

    Not a TV you want to purchase

    Within a week of using this TV, I had a bad sound lag issue. The issue could not be fixed. In about a month the TV stopped receiving WIFI signal. I could not return the TV to BestBuy as I had installed the TV couple months after purchase. The WIFI issue has still not been resolved.

    Terrible white ghosting/shawdowing

    The white back light bleed was very bad in this right out of the box. No changing settings could fix this. It was the worst I’ve ever seen. Could be seen during all viewing not just black screens. This appears to be a common issue with this TV - AVOID it!

    Tonight in the middle of watching TV it turned off and never turned back on. It’s on the wall and now I have to return it. What a bummer!
