It's quiet and effective Helps keep my cat alert in control

Excellent performance, low noise, good and fast air purification.

We bought this product for the basement. I plugged it in and it made all the difference. The air is less mustier. Be careful when you first plug it in- set it to the lowest setting because the forced air is very strong- it actually blew its,s from the shelves! All in all, we are pleased with our our purchase

I just got a 1920 house and it was owned by a 90yr+ couple and the cat ruled the house. the basement smelled from a water leak. musty and mold smell plus the cat used the basement as a litter box, I scooped out a 5 gallon bucket of cat poo. after 2 weeks the smell is gone and I can finish cleaning the rest of the basement.

Quiet on low mode. Good size. Pretty nice looking.

After reading reviews I thought these were lifesavers that would have me breathing cleaner air than at the top of a mountain. The Purifier works well and does take away the smell from our dogs in our room but hasnt helped much with allergies. So works for smells but not for allergens,

I bought this to clean the air in my bedroom. On it's lowest setting it's absolutely silent. When set on automatic, it amps up only when it detects either dust or odor. It has a HEPA filter to clean 99.97% of allergens and Plasmacutter technology to eliminate odors. I bought it to help against my three cats and their litter boxes. It works for the most part, but I can still smell the general funk in the room occasionally. I think in a room without so many animals, it would do pretty well

Air purifiers does not require rocket science technologies. It has very simple structure including fan and filters. (HEPA, odor and ion related parts in some models) True HEPA and odor filter equipped in this machine are enough to satisfy the requirement for a good air purifier. Plasma function is a plus. As for me, it is important to use the air purifier for 24 hrs without being annoyed by noise or bright panel. My previous choice before this purchase was Winix but it does not have a function to turn off or change brightness of lcd panel in a normal mode. Only sleep mode (lowest setting) allowed me to turn off the light during the night. As far as I know, this newer model of Sharp is the only machine that allows users to change the brightness of the lcd panel in a normal setting. In addition, this one can be categorized as one of the quietest air purifiers that includes my previous Winix model.

It is quiet and I was told by the Best Buy employee that it is the best one out there. I believe its working, there isn't anyway to be sure. I do wish it had an automatic timer that could be set to go off daily.

I am a smoker and that's the reason I purchased this product...it truly cleans the air in my house and there's little maintenance needed.

Purchased this to eliminate pet odors in the house. Does it work? I have no idea. In other words I am assuming that it does but on a personal note I cannot notice the difference. The odor sensors on the other hand do seem to work. When I cook it changes from green to yellow or even red. I once sprayed some fabreeze on the bed sheets. Within 30 seconds it turned red. The only con I have against this machine is that it intakes the air through the back of the unit and then spits it out through the top which is still directed towards the back. Im not understanding how it is suppose to pick up allergens or dust while it is close to a wall and sucking in where the wall is, instead of from the front.

It is a great filter. I love the quietness. I use its quick clean, when I want to clean the air quickly. It also fits nicely against the wall.

We purchased this Sharp air purifier to use in our master bedroom. My wife who suffers from allergies noticed a big difference the first night we used it. She has been able to breath better from the day we made the purchase. This purifier is also very quiet, we hardly notice that it's running.

Bought this Sharp and comparable Honeywell. Love the Sharp, its smaller, faster and very portable. Now I own 2 of these awesome units and am waiting for the 3rd to arrive tomorrow;-)

It works great in medium sized rooms. I plan to buy another one for the downstairs! I am very happy with the way it cleans the air.

Very happy I bought this, we use in bedroom. We sleep better and helps with dust/the doggie. Vacuum the filters on occasion to keep it running nice, would recommend!

Wife has rabbits, their cage stinks to high heaven. This keeps the stink at bay and i’ve been really impressed with the performance and quality.

I am always surprised by how much gets picked up in the filter. the outside filter gets dust and hair, I assume the 2 inter filters clean the air...I leave it on auto and hear it kick on to a higher setting when there are smells or excessive dust. I really like it so far, have had it for about 2 months and I am not sure what this 'noise' is people are talking about but if I hear it ill change my review...

Order filled quickly. Easy to set up and turn on. Air-cleaner while making a little noise, it is quiet for an air-cleaner. Filter will be easy to replace.

This unit looks good so it is ok to keep it out in the rooms. It runs quietly so you don't notice it. I can tell a difference in the air that I breathe.
