    The service was great, the T.V. Is what I have been looking for and I couldn't be happier. The service was excellent, it was a sale item and the first store in San Bernidino didn't have it in stock and they help me locate another in Duarte and the people there were great, I think the personal made this purchase so enjoyable.

    Second day of owning this TV and a red vertical line appeared, never to leave. Best Buy was quick and easy on returning the item for me. I lost faith in the brand because this is an expensive purchase absi dint want to take any chances on getting burned. May have been one in a million but I doubt it after reading other complaints with the same problem. I went with the Vizio. For the same price I got a smart TV that has gone a month now with no red line.
