this is a good phone for those wanting the bare minimum at a good price, the speed of this device is only appropriate for basic functions and most games and power applications will not function in my experience. get this if you mostly only check email send texts and make phone calls

In the world of expensive smartphones, this phone is exactly what you pay for. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a smartphone but it has everything you need if you're just looking for a basic phone from which to talk and text. This phone is not very user friendly. Audio quality during phone calls is good.

YOU CANT HEAR ON THIS PHONE, NOT ENOUGH STORAGE SPACE, TIME CHANGES BY ITSELF , DATE IS NEVER RIGHT.

Service not great, but camera is alright and phone calls are great, but don't like how phone don't turn dark when on ear

I bought this phone as a birthday present to myself. The specs were appealing for the price. It seemed like it would make a decent upgrade in screen size from the moto g. Complete opposite. This phone is slow, gets hot really fast, takes blurry pictures, terrible touch responsiveness from the screen. The amount of bloatware on this thing is infuriating. The sim slot is cheaply made, mine is broken, the spring loaded tray kicks the card out and won't lock meaning no 4G for me. The sound quality is horrid when used to the ear, the screen doesn't lock half the time either, i found that out during a job interview scheduling. The speaker is ok, you only have to have the volume half way up to hear it. Don't bother using it outside anywhere, unless its 2am and nobody's around. The recording quality is bad due to the camera being slow. Its only acceptable in daylight with clear skies around noon time. The WiFi has random issues where you have to dis/reconnect it. There's no lollipop coming for it. Sharp customer service is useless, all they do is push their paid warranty service on you. For rooters, there isn't any. This has been the worst phone I've ever had. Worse than an iPhone, my old Samsung Galaxy Prevail runs better than this thing. Get a Moto G, this phone isn't worth a price of free!

I believe honesty is the way to win customer into loyalty. Knowing that when a customer purchases a new product and advertise 8 GB availability when only HALF of that is there because Sharp used half of it for android services,,,I will say that the product is designed very well. But 4 GB in today"s market is not going to cut it. And for both parties Sharp and Sprint to advertise this as 8 gigabytes is available for the consumer is called false advertising and is going to make you lose a lot of potential customers. Returned and very disappointed . Even with the availability of external storage, a lot of apps cannot be ported over unless the product is somehow rooted. This is a big thumbs down for Sharp

Large lovely screen in a phone that still fits in my shirt pocket. Good hardware for it's modest price. Everything works well and briskly. The only disappointment was the mediocre camera.

bought 3 what a big mistake, read all reviews first but no bad feedback till now !!!!! this is truly the worst phone I have ever had, quality there is none. performance is terrible drops call after 20 minutes or so, this is a common problem I just read in reviews and for a real treat customer service is a joke, just bought 3 weeks ago they want me to send $150 for a rush repair and very very rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! do not buy you will be sorry and they do not care about you what a joke
