We are loving this model, this is the third Sharp that we have owned and have been pleased with all of them. The prices for the Sharps compared to like say the Sony's are much more reasonable and the quality is just as good if not better. The lower price allowed me to purchase the sonos sound bar and extra speakers...which makes the complete package...awesome for watching HOCKEY

I went through at least a week long process of researching televisions. I ended up buying this one for multiple reasons but you cannot find a better 70 inch TV on the market for under $3000 other than this one. The only thing that I can say that is a HOD would be that you cannot operate the television through a wifi application.

From the very first program we watched, it was as if we could peer through an actual window to watch the filming of a movie. That is how vivid the picture quality is on this TV (most noticeable during Blu Ray movies, or HD content). Cannot comment on sound quality because we also added a soundbar for better overall viewing experiences. Would recommend this TV to anyone with the right size venue.

Greek squad set up and then I noticed that qt he cords showed. Will need some thing to covered the cords. The color is beautiful and nice to see the entire picture. Only problem that I see is that the sound and the lips don't match. I. Think that. It has something between the satellite receiver and TV. Our 2 pair of 3D glasses didn't come with the TV and now I have drive 40 miles to the store to get them. Not happy about that. The price was a little high but in line with other 3D TV.

A good TV overall. Love the size (70") and performance. I compared Sony, Samsung and Sharp and eventually took the Sharp. It seemed to have the brightest picture with the most clarity. All were good but ultimately took the Sharp. Have had it for about 3 weeks now and am living the good life...

Great tv and clear picture nice a slim, could have more apps

This is a fabulous TV with a home theater set up. The picture quality is first class and once you learn the menus it does many things. Haven't yet figured out all of it! It is the focal point of my den and makes TV special and movies almost like being in the theater.

Excellent price, quality, and picture. At first I thought that I had some problems with the tv. It was skipping frames. I then realized that I was using a poor quality HDMI cable. I purchased a Monster brand cable, and couldn't be happier with the picture quality.

The TV is simply awesome, the picture quality and features are incredible. I cannot rate the sound as we bought the Bose Sound Bar and wow on it also. I would recommend this to anyone that has the bones for it.

Easy to setup and crisp rich picture. Had great difficulty using smart tv features due to difficulty connecting to the internet. I had to purchase a wifi extender and still have connection problems every time I start up the set.

This 70 inch tv is what i was looking for very clear picture and good refreshing rate

We are completely loving this TV. A week into having our TV up and running a line appeared down the middle of the screen. We called the store and within 48 hours they had picked up our TV replaced it with a new one of the same. The picture is clear, the sound fabulous, it was a gift for my husband and he is thrilled.

This TV was recommended by a friend in the custom sound system business. Am really enjoying the 70" screen, the perfect size for our Den. Have it run thru a complete sound system using Polk Audio speakers and a Yamaha Amp with a Samsung Blu-ray player.

The 240Hz refresh rate is definitely worth the increased cost, especially when watching sporting events and action films. It also makes you feel like you're in the same room with the characters in a sitcom or drama. We shopped for half a year before deciding on the Sharp AQUOS Quattron 70", and we love it.

Overall very good TV for the money. Needed a larger screen for media room and this one fits the bill. Great picture and clarity, a little delay on refresh rate occasionally but nothing I can't live with. The speakers on the TV definitely have to be supplemented with external surround sound, you can't have a TV that large and not have the sound to go with it.

Our main uses for TV are watching sports and playing games (PS3). The biggest plus for me is that we can now watch the DirecTV Mix channels (which show 4 to 8 screens at once) and each individual screen is crisp and clear. Sound is okay -- we went with a sound bar (Polk).

I have had this TV for a few weeks and love it. The HD picture is amazing--crisp, bright, with great colors. We have it mounted on the wall, so the large screen size is perfect for watching sports, movies, etc.
