This is 3rd Sharp countertop I've purchased and previous 2 were placed on mircrowave stand with no problem. I read up on measurements, measured stand, measured oven in the store. Only to find when I went to plug in the cord on this new one is about 10/11" shorter than the last one. Manual said longer cords available. Called cust svc #, rep sd not available for my model. Found one on Amazon. Emailed cust svc to ? which was correct, rep or manual. No answer. Got 12" ext, which fit fine. then spent the next 45 mins. scraping the thin film off the oven!!! Glad I have fingernails. What a pain. Haven't used yet, so can't comment on that yet.
