Is perfect for the better is working perfect is very fast making the foods

Well so I got this microwave today.. First gripe that plastic film that has to be removed before use. What a pain and it leaves part of itself behind on the vent covers, and on the side with the key panel. 2nd gripe the cord is slightly shorter than my old microwave so I either need to get an extension cable or alter my microwave location. Thats all for now I'll update after using it a bit.

Not sure what is up with this microwave as it seems to have a lot of water build up when cooking.

Product works good no issues. Would have rated it higher if the protective film wasn’t such a pain to remove. Would no recommend product due to this film.

It came messed up the door hing is messed up And u have to. Close it hard for the light to shu off

Terrible microwave. We bought in white. The turntable doesn't lock into place well, so it constantly slips in and out of place. Things just aren't built the way they use to be. This microwave failed after a year and a day, putting it outside the warranty period. Customer Service offered to sell me another one for $74. I'll take my chances with a different brand. Not impressed by product or Sharp Electronics.

My fiancé and I were so excited for this microwave because it fit perfectly in our space, especially for being 1.1 cu ft. However, the microwave died within a month and we have gotten the runaround from Sharp. DO NOT BUY!!!

I had the same size white one, they don't let you edit your review so that's why I'm putting one here. I bought the microwave in August 2019, the extended 2 yr warranty which is really only extended 1 yr, expired in August 2021. Now not even 3 yrs later it's dead, it does not heat anything at all. It still looks like new. It's ridiculous that you have to buy a new microwave every couple yrs. An appliance should be good for at 5 years and with an extended warranty several more. My last Sharp lasted about 10 yrs. It's no wonder we have problems with too much trash on the planet, manufacturers create more and more trash.

Bought it two years ago along with a House. Tried to heat popcorn the other night, and was rewarded with weird sounds, Sparks, and smoke. ridiculous. AVOID THIS MODEL.

Not even 3 years old and it died already. I really liked it at first and I'm so bummed I can't use it anymore.

This microwave is nice looking but it ends there. This unfortunately was the second one I purchase. The first one stopped working at the start of the second year. Just in time for the warranty to expire. The current one has some type of short in the system. And sounds like it will blow up at any minute while it is running. I called for help and they asked if I could take pictures of the microwave and I was told to stop using it. I was told I need my receipt. My advice to you. Hold on to your receipt. Don't by sharp products. It would be nice to not have to add to the landfill each year with this inferior brand.

Doesn’t last. Sparking after 3 years. Last Sharp microwave lasted over 15 years.

Bought same one today to replace one I bought around 2 1/2 years ago always bought sharp if this one doesn’t last I will be switching brands I hope this one last longer than the last one

Was thrilled to buy another Sharp Carousel considering our last one lasted over 6 years. Unfortunately, we purchased the new one in Jan 2020 and it died March 2021. Unacceptable.
