The real first use was over Thanksgiving. It shuts off after 8 minutes (overheats) and its popcorn setting actually burns the popcorn. Not a good purchase. BB wont assist so working with Sharp, havent had Sharp products in years. That will continue.

Stopped working on Christmas!

I’ve only had it 3 months and have kept it clean after each use just as recommended. My family uses it daily so I will definitely have to go out and purchase a new one but it will not be this one.

Very disappointing product

This new microwave gave out and quit working in just over one year. My aunt only used the product for heating her morning tea water and to heat microwaveable meals. Her eyesight is poor so the microwave was much safer for her to use than her electric range. I bought this product, in part, due to the brand name. Now I think that was a mistake since the microwave died in such a short time. I don’t recommend this product.

Researched reviews on other sites and found the exact same complaint. Do the research! Otherwise I'll help you out...do not buy - extreme fire hazard. Pay a little more and get a product that's better quality.
