It really works well. It is easy to use. The perfect size for our household of two. If you are a part of a big family, maybe it is going to be too small. In general really easy to use and in a good price. The only thing is that it make a little bit of noise. It is not noisy, don't get me wrong, please, but it just sounds a little louder than the one we have before which was a very fancy one. But! My old fancy and thia one, they do the same thing but you same money with this one.

Pros: One button cook time sets & small size. Heats well and looks nice. Cons: Lights interior only when running. Glass turn table and rollers don’t stay put well. It’s a small microwave inside and out. If counter space is a minimum it will work.

For starters I like the way this microwave looks, except for a small pieced above the rectangular open button you press. It keeps coming up about a 1/4". All I have to do is push it down but it is aggravating that it keeps popping up. For it's size it works like a charm! No problems with that. One of our family members uses it daily to warm up leftovers. The only negative, and I am not sure if I can even call it that, is that the light does not come on when you open the door. It only comes on when in use. It makes it a little more difficult to see when cleaning the inside.

I've enjoyed my Sharp microwave. It heats really fast. It's roomy and I love the stainless steel look. Only drawback for me is the power cord is shorter than I would like.

This microwave is wonderful. It doesn't take up much kitchen counter space. The food heats up evenly thank heavens. I love the one touch buttons. The only think I wish was for a light inside of it. Other than that i recommend it highly.

This product is easy to use. Not very expensive. The only thing I didn’t realize before purchase is that it doesn’t have an inside light. The reason for the 4 star rating. Otherwise it’s great product.

I got this microwave oven to replace my old one that was 24 years old. I am very happy with my purchase. It is compact, nice looking, just the right size for my counter. This model heats my food evenly and is not too much noise for my ears. What I found different about this item is that the turntable turns clockwise and counter clockwise. The only downsize to this model is that the clock is so BRIGHT when not in use. I fixed this by applying a small piece of colored post-it sticky to the clock. No more bright clock time. Overall, I am pleased with my new microwave oven and couldn't have made a better choice.

So far, we've used the Reheat, Potato, and Fresh Vegetable functions -- all work well. After pressing an Express cook setting, there's a 2-second delay before it starts, which we didn't experience in our previous GE microwave. We like this smaller, compact size than the GE and it still accommodates our 12" plates. The biggest negative is it's on the noisy side and sometimes buzzes while operating. Don't know if that buzzing is normal?

Was very easy to unload and install the Sharp-Carousel Mid-Size Microwave. Fits well on shelf and has many options that are very useful. So happy I chose this model for my kitchen. Thank You! M.Vogin

The product I bought is used everyday. I use my microwave two to three times a day and the product is quality, fast and simple. It is easy to program and offers customizable speeds. That said Best Buy has become a more streamlined company and I appreciate this. The service they provide by store salespeople is good. Many have become more knowleadge about the products sold over my experience over time. Please continue tr Aiming your staff and I suggest having them wait for customers to approach them rather then the other way around. Thank you for the product.I ordered it online and then had a relative pick it up in store. It has lasted two months so far with heavy use and is holding up nicely. It stays clean and is easy to clean as well. Hope this help narrow down your personal choice when buying a home appliance.

Beautiful and stylish counter top microwave. Stainless steel and attractive. Matches my other appliances. I bought this to replace an old Sharp Carousel who's carousel stopped turning and it was time. Great size for my limited counter space although a bit bigger than the one it replaced. Make sure you measure before you order. I've had this for a couple of months and it is very powerful. Points off for the factory smell it still has and key pad that is a bit too confusing. I miss just being able to enter time and press "go"! Otherwise, it's great. One of the "feet" is shorter and it rocks a bit but it might be my counter. I might put something underneath to compensate. Good performance and happy I bought it.

I love this microwave. Its very easy to operate not to big but not to small. I love the watt power it heats up very fast.

Two things I don't like about this microwave is that the light only goes on when is running. Not even when you open the door. The second thing is that you cannot put an exact seconds unless you press another button. Like you cannot just enter 1 min 15 sec, you first have to push Time Cook then enter in 1 min and 15 sec. Yes its only an extra step but I usually forget since I'm not used to it and not many other microwaves do it that way. Other than that, microwave works wonderfully.

I am enjoying my new microwave! The size is perfect for my single life style, the look of it is modern and sleek, it is easy to use, easy to clean. All in all, a great buy!

Good design. Simple to use. Like the 1-touch buttons for 1-6 minutes and +30 second quick touch button. Good lighting. Right size/power. Sharp has been a good brand for microwaves.

Got great service from previous Sharp Carousel microwaves. This is a nice size and I like the silver with black trim. Also like the option of being able to add 30 seconds at a time. Good price.

It’s large interior is why I purchased this unit, works well, easy to use. It was making some noise once started, but that has stopped. If it starts again it will be returned under warranty.

For a smaller microwave this unit has unusually generous oven space and lots of power. Easy to operate and so far no problems. A terrific buy!!

Excellent value for the money, with excellent design and function. The size is adequate for most food preparations.

It has been 5 months of using this product. It runs great but slightly annoying. When the timer is done the beeping is LOUD to notify that the food is done. Perhaps the loudest alarm I have heard for a microwave. There needs to be a volume button on it. Also, there is a light but it only appears when cooking not when the door is open. This seems pointless to restrict the light use, it is on perfectly while cooking but then you reach blindly into the dark grabbing something potentially hot.
