Good quality, easy to use, after a couple of years they stop working (we've gone through 2 or 3 of them), nice size for kitchen counter, reasonably priced

So far this is a great microwave! It is an ideal purchase for a two person house hold. Easy to use and heats evenly. Have only had it a few weeks so no complaints!

I am so disappointed in this microwave for the following reasons: 1- The selection panel lettering is so small and very hard to read without magnifying glasses or being in bright light. Why didn't they make the lettering in white? Small gray letters on a black background? Dumb if you ask me. I would not recommend this microwave to anyone who has less than perfect eyesight. 2- The light does NOT come on when the door is open only when it's cooking. 3- The sticker on the top of the unit says to peel the coating off the outside case. That is impossible to do. It was hard enough to peel the label off that said to remove the coating. Left it on and no problem so far (knock on wood). 4- It rattles a lot. This was not my first Sharp microwave, but it will be my last unless they make some improvements.

We had an ANCIENT microwave that kept working less and less for us. First, after a neighborhood power outage, the clock didn't work. No big deal. Then, months later, another outage took out our timer settings, so we could only "cook" in one minute increments. Then, months pass, another outage, and now the "1 minute button " is "temperamental. " The Wife gives up and sends me off to get a new one. This model is SUPER! Lots of features PLUS a simple method for heating in minute increments with the ability to add an additional 30 seconds. Completely and totally worth the (reasonable) price.

While not as powerful as larger models, for most tasks this Sharp model's output is more than adequate. When some added cooking time has been needed vs. a stated recipe time, it was only another 30 seconds. Overall design is excellent, clean and modern and the slight tradeoff in power is more than made up for by the much smaller footprint this machine has vs. behemoth countertop models. The only quirky feature is when the door is opened at end of a cooking cycle, the interior light goes off (it is on only while cooking).

Great product! Heats well, looks good, great price, right size -- and a one button 30 second startup to boot! What's not to love?!

I only use this to heat items. I haven't read the directions yet, as most are easy press the timer and heat. So far I have not learned how you can set it for something less than one minute. You press the 1 and it automatically starts before you can press for something less than one minute. It heats well and evenly. Appearance nice. As with most less expensive Microwaves, the carousel isn't as sturdy as I would like, but it works.

Moved into a new house with no range microwave so we were on the hunt for a countertop. This one fit the bill. Very happy with our purchase. Note, the first one we got was a lemon so recommend that you get the extended warranty. It happens. The first one went out in the first week. This second one has been working like a champ ever since.

Perfect inexpensive microwave. Looks nice, not too big but plenty of power. Easy to use, clean. Really easy to order and pick up curbside.

It's very sleek and professional looking. It's simple to use and setup. My only complaint is it doesn't have a light when you open it.

We purchased this oven as a fill-in while we waited for our built-in microwave to be repaired. It is a great small, basic oven (no temperature sensor or presets and there is is no light when the door is open). But it worked perfectly for our needs. We will be passing it on to our daughter who will be replacing a Sharp Carousel that we used for several years and then gave to her seven years ago. I would definitely recommend a Sharp microwave.

We bought this Sharp Carousel microwave when our old GE gave out. We are very satisfied with it except for one minor detail. Our old microwave could be programmed for timer and cook time simultaneously as needed. This one can only do one or the other, only a slight inconvenience. Otherwise, works well and does the job swiftly. The Best Buy staff member was very helpful in making the choice and thanks to the young man who carried it to our car.

The old Sharp - Carousel 1.1 cu. ft. mid-size Microwave I am replacing lasted over 20 some years and still works well. That's why I am buying another Sharp. This one improved overall compared with the old one. It is easy to use. Quality of food cooked or warmed are good. I have 2 suggestions: 1, The old one when you open it, it lights on. The new one is dark. I prefer lights on. 2, The design of the door knob is not good. The first time I opened it, the lower part of the cover peeled out. And this happens every time !

Purchased this when my 2/3 year old GE microwave quit on us. Works really great and has good sensor functions. My kids loved the popcorn button and it was easy to use. Doesn’t take up much space on the counter. We recently stopped using it because we finally replaced our over the range unit. I decided to keep this and store it in case we have future over the range microwave problems. Have not used/owned long enough for a longevity rating…

Looks great in my new kitchen. Reasonably prized but looks expensive and works well. I highly recommend it if you are shopping for a new microwave!

Purchased to sit on Counter while kitchen being remodeled. Easy to use, works great! Sending off to college next year as it is still going strong!

This microwave is a good size and the stainless steel makes it look nice and sleek. It heats up food in a short amount of time.

Perfect for my small office space, fits snug on my break room countertop and very easy to use. Heats food pretty quickly.

I am very pleased with this purchase in that this particular model had many features most microwaves do not have. It's easy to operate and very compact.
