We were happy with it until I used the convection mode and it made a terrible racket. I assume something was loose inside like fan? We did not want to deal with a repair or a replacement and returned and got just a microwave no convection. I assume most do not do this and we were just unlucky.

Poor quality control by best buy

Received one that was obviously returned. Spent an hour on phone with a Sharp tech person who verified that Start button did not work. This is 3rd appliance that I bought “new” from Best Buy that was faulty. From now on I buy in store and only accept if box is sealed by manufacturer. When I returned I wrote “ damaged! Start button faulty. Do not restock” & stuck it inside tge unit and another page on top of unit so this doesn’t happen to someone else.

I was pretty excited about being able to use the microwave in conjunction with convection. Our first microwave arrived dented. Our second microwave arrived dented. We couldn't order a third microwave because it was out of stock. We ended up getting another model which we aren't really happy with.

It came from Best Buy with a big dent in the upper left rear area. I needed to attach ducting to the back to build it into a cabinet. The microwave was useless and had to be returned. I ordered a second one. I got the same microwave after the Geeks tried to fix the dented area. I returned it again and bought the microwave from Tri City.
