    New sharp carousel is nice. However, this 1.5 is NOT the same Dimensions inside as my old sharp carousel 1.5 DUE to the smaller turntable. And also it is not as tall. So now! My 9x13 pans do not fit on the turntable unless I take the turntable off which defeats the purpose of having a TURNTABLE. So not too happy.

    I have had two ovens and both did not work. I would not purchase this item. Also, customer service was just terrible. The problem is still not resolved.

    Terrible product , I have own Sharp micro wave in the past . This one is horrible only 6 months old and door does not work properly . Sorry I ever purchase this one.

    About 20 years ago we needed to replace the built-in oven/broiler. We bought a combo that included a Sharp Microwave/Convection oven. This is the 4th replacement. It fits, it works, we're happy.

    I purchased this convection microwave less than a month ago to replace a similar Sharp unit that lasted 12 years. Two days ago five of the operating buttons on the new unit stopped working, so I contacted Sharp customer support. Yesterday I received an email that informed me a service person would come to my house tomorrow to repair the unit. That was fine with me. Today I received a phone call to say the service visit was cancelled and a new unit was being sent to me instead, but with only a 90 day warranty. I told them that the warranty reduction was unacceptable. The last unit lasted less than 30 days and they wanted me to accept a shorter warranty? We were very happy with the added convection functionality of this microwave, but with this appalling customer support I will have to rethink this purchase. The only good aspect of the customer service so far is they told me about the 90 day warranty upfront. Also Sharp have 7 day phone support which is good. Will have to wait and see what happens next with this ridiculous warranty issue.

    When I purchased this microwave my first one came dented. the second one had a small dent, but I kept it. I was happy with it until one day after short of having it for two years it stopped heating, the warranty is for one year :-(
