I switch this on and within a few minutes the smell is gone within a few minutes. I have heard the replacement filters are hard to find but I have not looked yet. I just wanted something to clean the air and this does that well.

Lets just say that one day I will be a billionaire and I will invest in an organic healthy air purifying technology that will change the world... but this is not that technology. My grandpa used to say that when something is really good, when it's really right... you will feel it. So keep searching for the one. ;)

Awesome digital recorder with amazing clarity

There seems to be no dust setting in the room it is in - and no dust 'glitter' when the light shines through the window - the air is really clean.
