The TV overall is pretty good, the size is excellent, the sound is excellent. However, if your one of these people who like to have everything on a DVD/VHS I do NOT suggest this TV. The TV has NO OUTPUTS. I was disappointed by this the most. I have tried several different options to get away with other options for outputs however so far none work. However, if you just want a large monitor it's excellent! I personally find the 240hz to be less bright then the 120hz high mode as well. I would had thought for faster frames it would be brighter. Another issue I have found with these TV's is that there are very few BestBuy customer associate salespersons who actually know what they are talking about. Out of three stores there was one person who knew SOMEWHAT what he was talking about. Another issue is that the remote as sleek as it looks does NOT light up. This was disappointing as well. I would still refer this to somebody if they want a large TV with limited features though.

Watching movies and tv shows on this unit is like watching tv for the first time. The picture is like nothing I've ever experienced before, besides IMAX.

We've had this TV only a week and is OK so far. We were after the Samsung UN60ES8000FXZA but it is more expensive so opted for this Sharp unit. The only negatives, so far, are: we had to do without the browser, no 2D to 3D conversion, and seeing the black border around the screen. Additionally, there is no built-in camera for use with Skype, which we use daily, and there is only one USB port that must be used (according to Sharp support team) to charge the 3D glasses. Haven't had time to check out what other Internet apps we can access.

This TV is great. I replaced a 47" with this 70" and wow not only is it bigger but the picture is incredibly better. I would but this again for sure.

I love the size. IT fits my entertainment center PERFECTLY. The picture quality is not as good as expected. See a good bit of "ghosting" on some shows. The salesman said it is very simple to connect to the internet but I can't get it to connect. Going to have to get Geek Squad involved. I will admit to being technologically impaired so I'm sure that it wil be fine after Geeks visit. For the price I paid I fully expected 3D glasses to come with it but they didn't. Sound quality is not good. I know this doesn't sound very positive but overall I'm happy with the TV. I am a VERY picky consumer and expect to get exactly what I pay for, especially for big ticket purchases like this.

This is a great tv the picture is so clear i have not had a better tv.

70" is great for football and movies. Picture is huge and clear. Can't wait to get more 3d movies

have this tv mounted on living room wall. almost like watching a movie in a theater with my surround sound on ! very happy with it !

great tv, my first flat screen and it works great. Alot of fun for the kids and family

This TV is perfect for a large living room. The 3D is wonderful. Geek Squad installation was without issue. They pogrammed the Harmony remote and everything works great. Also purchased new receiver and BD player at same time. LOVE the new setup!

I have had the tv for about a month now. It has taken a great deal of time to get the picture adjusted to truly appreciate it. In addiiton, the tv will black out for 3-5 seconds and then come back on. I was told it was the cables so I bought all new cables, then I was told it was how I had it hooked up to my receiver for surround sound, so I changed this. When it continued to happen I was advised that it was my cable box so I returned it and got a new one....the truth is, I do not believe that anyone knows what is causing it. Now I must decide if I want to live with it or return it. Good luck to all those who purchase.

Pros: 1. The picture on this TV is very good, crisp and clear. I would rate it at about 8/10. 2. The menu is easy to navigate and wifi is relatively easy to set up. Sufficient Video Ports. Cons: 1. Bad HDMI handshaking issue, randomly disconnects from devices. 2. Lack of support for streaming your media content. 3. Apps like Netflix are sluggish, and instable

We love the TV but wish we would have bought the 80". We do have it connected to surround sound because heard that the sound quality is not that great.

I AM VERY SATISFIED PURCHASING THIS ITEM. ITS A GREAT PRODUCT AND A HOMERUN WITH THE WHOLE FAMILY.

So far so good, have not spent alot of time exploring it but does everything we need it to do.

When we were sold on this TV, this model was not at the store yet as the assoc stated that it is new from Sharp and compared to any Samsung LED. The assoc sold it as a true LED TV. Well after picking it up and setting it up, I noticed the labeling showed a Liquid Crystal title...WHAT?!! I turned it on and the picture quality was very pixelated and unclear compared to our old samsung LED. Then trying to change picture options after 2 days to get a standard picture color right for ALL Channels, there was still over redening of all red tones in pictures or dullness of picture if we wanted no bright red tones. I could not stand to watch this picture quality knowing how much I paid for it, let alone, unable to hear anything from the TV as the sound is in the back of the TV vs. the front and most of the time had the volume level to about 30-40. NO WAY can we watch NFL on this.

Never had a big screen before. The quality is not what I expected. Picture is good but doesn't blow you away although it is HD with all the bells and whistles
