The product works as expected, this RC car is very fast, durable and can quickly get away from you. I really like the car.

My kids loved this remote car. Time is limited to battary but its fun and fast to start into the RC world.

This RC car brings my back to my childhood, but adds extra power. The original style trigger and wheel remote works well. Lots of speed, as long as the battery is full power. Only downside I see is the small philips head to take out battery everytime.

if you can get this on sale for about 25 like i did, its great. definitely geared for younger people. only works well on sidewalk and pavement, would stay clear of gravel and tall grass. runs for about 15-20 minutes.

Christmas gift for an 8 year old. Works well and it's pretty fast. Uses a rechargeable battery. The compartments a little tight and you have to push really hard to force the battery in the compartment.

I was excited to get this for my kids for an RC starter. Bought it for Christmas with about 5 early reviews and they were all good. RCs arrived and they looked good. I charged it liked instructed and when it was ready to go, it ran pretty well! But about 12 -13 minutes later, battery died already!! I would’ve thought it would run for at least half an hour. Nevertheless, I charged it again and ran it later that day and man I gotta tell you, This RC was poorly made!! The wheel broke off its axle while driving up and down towards my garage ! My kid was extremely sad . Checked in the reviews days later , which fortunately had a lot more reviews, and noticed other people experienced same thing that I did. I hope that Sharper Image customer service reads this and hopefully can replace it. If they do decide to keep selling this , I hope they lower the price dramatically so you can say at least you get what you pay for. Good luck to whoever buys this RC. And as a good dad, yes I bought 2 for each of my sons. So you know how disappointing it was to them too.

this car is fun to play with on a hard surface but not meant for off road or driving in the grass. also not very durable as one crash between 2 of them resulted in damaged rear end on one of them

Good for what it is. Don't expect the toy to be like the 500$ R/C buggies. The kids loose interest about the time the battery died.

Bought these for my twin boys who are 7. I was worried that the 2 of them might interfere frequncies, but they didn't. My boys love them. Takes about 2 hrs to recharge and they get about a half hour of drive time, little less if it's cold out.
