Broken after 6 months

It'll charge and turn on but after about 2 seconds of use it shuts down. Worked well when it worked. Failed for no apparent reason.

My husband has suffered from lower back pain for years due to his Army career. We used it on him and his back pan was greatly reduced. He's using on his knee he tweaked and is also getting relief there.
