Absolutely stunning movie, excellent addition to the family of Godzilla films!

The week this came out it was too spendy to buy. But after a week or so I went back and Best Buy had dropped the price by $6.00. If you're a Godzilla fan you have to own this one. That said, I will say I was slightly disappointed with the film and the more political angle it took.

This is much better than any Hollywood Godzilla film, and the music is haunting.

This was a great price for the combo of both the DVD & BluRay of Shin Godzilla.

Got this as a gift for my father, a longtime Godzilla fan. He loves it!

A Godzilla movie that is entertaining for the whole family

I have been a long time fan of Godzilla, and this...well, this just isn't Godzilla. The movie itself is okay. And it does boast one of the greatest "destroying the city" scenes in the entire Godzilla catalog. But I can't get past the design. This Godzilla is hideous beyond belief, and not in a good way. I can't help but wonder how they keep screwing up the Godzilla design. The Millennium design was fantastic, the Showa design was great but sometimes extremely goofy, and the Heisei series boasted the classic burning Godzilla to close the series out. With so many great Godzilla designs why change it so drastically? The Shin Godzilla design made what could have been a great reboot come off as just another dinosaur movie.
