Protection screen for my wifes Fitbit3, could not put it on and asked for help, 5 minute job when you knew what you were doing and no help just wanted for another fee.

Best Buy - smaller items. Great/fast shipping. Geek squad - easier to ship/install electronics. Great shipping. They install items seamlessly and explain the process/item with detail that is informative for the buyer. Third party vendors - bigger appliances. Terrible shipping. These guys make up any and every excuse there is not to do their job. They see three story stairs and are ready to run the other direction.

When I plug in my fire stick and try to access it I can no longer change the input or volume. I have given up trying to use it!

This TV never looked as good as it did at the store. Saleman advised we would never have to buy another tv again and explained how it would update itself. That was a crock. Tv showed signs of white spots and cloudiness early into purchase and only progressed after time. Geek squad was called right away and we were advised it would clear. Just got worse. Into the 3rd year we called again and that geek squad agent deemed it no good. THANK GOD WE BOUGHT THE WARRANTY. Almost $10,000, between the TV, Vodka HDMI wire and warranty. I wanted to scream! The worst part, now tv was discontinued. We got less for the tv value. Ended up putting that money and a bit more for another tv. Really unhappy with the way salesmen handled this transaction. Guess they do whatever it takes to seal the deal. My husband and I spent alot of $ for a crappy product. Reached out to Samsung and there was nothing to do. Bestbuy did not do the right thing here. We would never spend this kind of $ at Bestbuy again! Everytime I see how much cheaper these tv's are now, ugghh we get so frustrated. Still can't get over it!

It prints as expected at first, then it doesn't for no apparent reason.

The band is to small for my waist. Not enough information on set up.

Amps Air is a great product. I’ve had this ear buds for quite awhile but the only problem I have now is that they won’t charge. The cradle is fully charged but the contact pins won’t charge the earbuds.

Your employees are great - very helpful, courteous and respectful. I bought my Fit Bit in December and about 1 month later it stopped working and you replaced it no questions asked - GREAT! However, I woke up just this morning, and again about a month later and it stopped working. Very disappointing..... Unfortunately I cannot get back to your store until Wednesday. Is there a Fit Bit specialist I should see at the store? Again, the store is great, the product not so much.

Due to the coronavirus I have to wait until I go back into business again to get it back get this product in my truck so is waiting time

Great controller, feels great, lots of ability to customize to your liking. One glaring issue is that the controller shuts off at random. I’ve been through 2 controllers and both have done the same thing. Only seems to be an issue when playing rocket league which requires a lot of controller input. Might happen with other high input games. Seems to be a firmware issue, will change this review when or if the issue is fixed.
