Ordered with the promise of Valentines delivery. Received a week late. Not good!

Left clicker and right clicker would stop working - First day use. I will return this one today to get something else

Ordered 1st Shark vacuum P50 online, never ran. Returned to BBY store, they ordered another for me and that never worked! Returned that via UPS with prepaid label from BBY. Confirmed delivery back to BBY on Jan 31, 2020, I have yet to receive credit back to my credit card as of today Feb 21, 2020! RIDICULOUS!

I purchased an LG Gram 2-n-1 14 inch in November and I didn't have the computer for a good30 days and the SD Card slot stopped working. I returned it to get another LG Gram 2-n-1 14 inch. This one worked for less than 30 days and the SD Card slot stopped working on it too. The laptop is a nice computer but it has that one quirk of the SD Card slot stops working around 30 days in.

This is my third in less than 3 months! The first one only lasted about 4 weeks it wouldn’t turn on so decided to take it back since I bought the insurance package well the second seemed used and didn’t vaccum at all went back the next day got another of the same one this time without insurance! Well this third one only lasted 16 days!! They seemed to brake down for no reason.

I HAVE NOT USED THE PRODUCT ENOUGH TO GIVE IT MUCH OF A RATING . WILL COME BACK LATER TO RATE.

Was not told I would be getting used tablet and found I could not register my product with Samsung because it was still registered in previous owners name and that person would have access to all my data,,,,yea all my bank accounts,,,very flawed process,,,will ask a lot of questions if purchase anything from Best Buy again,,buyer beware

I paid cash for a cell phone. The only thing about it is the insurance on phone is very expensive. Making monthly payments on insurance for a cell phone is not cool. That means it is too expensive. The price of the phone is high enough. You also can’t return phone after 30 days. Disappointed customer.

I had to return to the store to have an installation rescheduled because the first associate incorrectly scheduled it. To my amazement, Trey a manager, once again incorrectly scheduled it. Now I have $2500 of ring products that requiring installation and no one competent enough to do it.

returned keyboard/ cover & system down. new keyboard/ cover Arrived only to arrive in a damaged box and the keyboard doesn’t work at all. Will be returning for a 3rd keyboard and hoping it works. PLEASE don’t ship customers products that have been returned, horrible customer service.

Had to return the item twice. 1st time I received an open box with a damaged item. 2nd time I was sent a defective battery. When I attempted to exchange the battery for the second time I was told that it was no longer available. I am NOT happy. ☹

When we bought it, it was going to be sent to us the next day. That didn’t happen. Then an email stating it would be delivered February 3. Not good since we needed it quickly. Then 2days later we received it. Go figure......so we returned it.

The shipping method used to send the product needs improvement. It is unacceptable to send brand new items in torn up battered manufacturing product packaging.

The device appeared to be worse than the ones that have been sold used on the internet. I did not expect to receive a product taking off the parts and without cable to recharge. I still had to drive 38 miles to make the return.

Took 4 weeks to get. Was delayed with no notice. Same thing happened with a TV and ended up having to cancel. Will not be using BBY next holiday season

Exchange my first fame because on / off button did not work, same problem with the second frame. Have to unplug it every time, would not purchase another one.

It is absurd to invite me to evaluate a product that I have no idea what in the world it is. No identification at all. So futile.

Bought this printer because the 1st one crapped out.. now, this one doesnt print at all!!! Very disappointed!!

i bought these for my kid and i had to replace three pairs on the first day! worst headset ever do not buy!

Would love to rate the item as "no stars". Not able to do that. I would rate the store even worse.
