I'm not buying from best buys ever again I'm breaking the card I will never buy again from best buys

It's a very large small fridge. It only worked 4 days. I now have to take a truck back up to Best Buy to get a replacement.

I never recieved item so I would not make recommendations.

It's hard to review an item that this web site won't tell me what I purchased on Dec 27, 2019.

It was a cool product. Honestly the description and picture are showing up as shipping. Idk

I had a bad experience the first time I went to to Best Buy Pasadena to purchased a set of washer/dryer, the sales person named (Will) was totally cold, no information of details about any of the machine I inquired about, basically useless- in fact I had keep going after him looking for him to ask questions. But the second time got lucky with Meliza Ruedas, very professional, detailed and knew almost everything about each of the machines I was looking into. Meliza made the purchase very pleasant. Thank you Meliza, keep up your good work.

I ordered my 82" tv and saw free delivery. The box wont fit in my car and thought great this will work out perfectly. Then it gave me a delivery time with a 6 hour window from 7am to 1pm. Later that night I received a confirmation call that they were coming and to make sure I'm there. I cleared my day and skipped all my errands. 2pm rolls around nothing no email or call or obviously tv. So I call I'm on hold for a long time before i get a unapologetic women who tells me that they put in for a reschedule with no notification of any kind or approval for me. They wanted to deliver the tv now 3 weeks later... I said that's unacceptable. Then the next option was on a Tuesday with a 8 hr window from noon until 8pm. I told the snide women I work until 2pm she told me she would note that but ultimately if I'm not there I will be waiting 3 weeks to get it. Best buy customer service has turned into the worst experience I've ever had. No wonder box stores are failing.

Purchased a laptop for my son for Christmas, just yesterday (yes it was last minute)... Said it would arrive by Wednesday the 23rd (5days) which made me nervous due to overwhelming shipping due to the holiday. Ya'll... I received it TODAY!!! It was shipped yesterday and I already received it?!? What, what?!? GREAT JOB BEST BUY!!! Thank you!

The printer I wanted was on sale but out of stock at this location. They shipped to my home in just 2 days.. very pleased with total buying experience. Every transaction I have had at Best Buy has been excellent. You have to of course do your due diligence and research and compare before you buy, but staff has always been friendly and little to no waiting time.

They are good quality powerbeats, they charge pretty fast and the quality of sound is pretty good. I will buy them again,

That was a great deal (FOR 4 MONTHS) when by apple (comes with purchase of apple airpods pro)

The product was of great quality, the value matched the quality, and the product was easy to use.

I am so disappointed in Best Buy and the geek squad help line. After purchasing a Refrigerator (NOT CHEAP) I have waited for two six hour delivery windows. NOT COMPLETED. When I purchased the refrigerator the salesperson explained that I would have wait for a 4 man delivery team. Waited for 1st delivery. NO 4 man team, NO phone call to reschedule , NOTHING FROM BEST BUY. Call number (no chance that if they screwed up they would call me?) wait on hold for 40 minutes and the smug geek squad guys explained that the salesperson screwed up and they would need to re schedule. 2nd appointment window 12 to 6 pm . At 4 pm I call wait 30 minutes on hold , no show on the delivery again they explain the SAME THING need a 4 man team and even though the paper work shows it needs a 4 man team they only sent 2 so THEY DO NOT SHOW UP –DO NOT CALL –??. Now I have to call back to schedule another appointment. They have made me sit at home twice now for two 6 hour windows and they cannot even give me a phone # to bypass the 30-40 minute wait on hold ?? I would expect at least a phone call with someone trying to make this right. NOTHING !! I am now sitting on hold AGAIN 6 hour delivery window x 2 and now getting close to 2 hours on hold phone calls waiting on hold. Very disappointed and would not ever recommend anyone use them for anything.
