    Refrigerator delivery

    If I could give a zero I would. I purchased an LG refrigerator side by side door at the store. The delivery was scheduled for yesterday 7/4. When the driver came in he informed my husband that there were 2 dents on the doors and it was an open box. First of all, we paid full price for a new refrigerator. We informed the driver that we didn't want it and he took pictures of the dents. I called today yesterday but they said it was too early for system to recognize and would need to call the next day. I called today and shipment wont be until August 31. Mind you that we are in need of a refrigerator and at no moment did they apologize for this issue which was their fault. What upsets me is that we paid full price for a new refrigerator and not something open box. They were not able to assist us with the process and pretty much we did everything ourselves between 30 minute waits for assistance to being transferred back and forth to different departments.

    I bought an Insignia 55" Firestick tv on November 29th 2019. Almost exactly on August 29th 2020 the screen stayed black and only the sound was working. I was ecstatic when upon returning to the store they informed me all I had to do was call the Geek Squad and set up a time for them to come out and evaluate my tv. If it could be fixed they'd fix it. If not it would be swapped out for a working one. Well, I called and was told it was a 7 minute wait. After 18 minutes someone answered. This person could not be more slow and depressing sounding. First the only hours anyone can come out was either 8 to 12 or 12 to 5. Umm....what happens when you work ? So, made the appointment for 12 to 5. Asked if they could give me any closer of a time they might be out. No, sorry was the answer. Sometime in the 5 hours specified. Now I'd be willing to take it to the store and get this issue resolved promptly but, that is not permitted. After this issue is resolved I will never shop at Best Buy or recommend to anybody after this frustrating interaction. If it goes any worse than it already has I will post on Facebook and anywhere else I can my experience and disappointment with Best Buy stores.

    Is this really a real business?

    Where do I start??? First the so called experts in the Magnolia department need training. You can ask three different people and get three different answers. One guy I had to tell him he was full of crap and the worst snake oil salesman I’ve dealt with ever. He couldn’t even bullship good. Purchased a 85” TV along with a ring system and Sonas sound bar system. I had to go too four stores to finally find one store that had most of there sound bars working. The managers of these stores should fire themselves as most of the stores are in such disarray times 10! On the TV install date no one called or showed up. After a few hours on the phone being transferred and hung up on I finally had to drive to a store to get a manager to work on it. He reset it for a week latter. Again the same experience again. 3 more hours today on the phone trying to see what is going to happen. CEO & COO get it together or fire yourselves and let someone capable like my self straighten out your company.

    My experience with best buy well let me tell you I think best buy has the wort customer service ever let me explain I placed an order online and then they give you the run around and they had me wait on the phone for three and half hours I wanted to to know was the order status of my order and they transfered me to four different agents and they acted like they didnt know how to do there job worst customer service ever when it comes to online ordering there so quick to charge your credit card but when it comes to your order they give you a hard time about and try to say there sorry yea ok

    They lie about there next day delivery

    I needed a phone ASAP. I went on there website and they stated "order with in the next 3 hours for next day delivery" I decided what's one more day. The next day comes and I get an email stating my order is running one week late and I can not modify my order. I called to see if I could pick up my phone since there website claims to have that stupid phone available for pick up! The first tentative didn't even speak correct English, I could hardly understand her but she told me "next time read our terms and condition" NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE SHOPPING WITH BEST BUY"

    Delivery fiasco

    Ordered a $2500 TV with installation and received confirmation of delivery time the night before. Toward end of delivery window was told TV was not in stock. Spent 1 hour on phone with customer service and told I couldn't reschedule yet. Had already given away old TV to make room and now have no TV on Super Bowl Sunday. Wasted day waiting on delivery. This is not the first bad experience I have had with Best Buy delivery, but it will sorely be my last.

    Shipped in product box showing what was inside

    I ordered an instant pot for a family member for Christmas and they shipped the box in the branded box that has the pictures/name of the item on it and the person saw it so the surprise is completely ruined. Now I have to return it and find something else to get them. Really sad I wasn’t able to gift this item this year.

    Ordered item December 10th for the item to arrive before Christmas. No item arrived past Christmas. When contacted Bestbuy, the item was "lost in transit," but the online order status states that it is "in-transit." Failed to notify me that the item had been lost in transit for 10 days. Completely unreliable.

    Horrible shipping practices

    Ordered a phone that says, "FREE Shipping: Get it by tomorrow!" and the projected arrival is 3.5 weeks out. I can't cancel this order as it is "not in modification status". If this was a smaller corporation, this would be seen as dishonest business practice; something with Best Buy seems to excel in.

    Ordered two thing from online noth times the orderes weren't fulfilled on time the first one ruined a mothers day gift...don't wast time ordering from them they can't fulfill orders and to top it off they won't give you any reason or info as to why they can't...

    DON'T buy the extended warranty

    I have spent 3-hours on the phone simply trying to get a replacement charger from the warranty I can not get a live person on the phone - just rings then after being on hold for about 45 minutes it hangs up. Have tried multiple times over multiple days
