Everything comes in 2 days or so, packed well. Best Buy has come a long way. I will return for appliances, computer and other items they have.

I’m very happy with my Acer laptop and it’s still performing great. Much better than I expected and when it’s time I’ll buy another Acer. I’ve previously only bought HP but I’m just as happy with my Acer and it cost much less

Ever since we got our Ninja we have been experimenting with the recipes and comes as advertised. This replaces our slower cooker since we can prep the same dishes at a fraction of the time, plus the crisper comes in handy as a bonus.

I bought this watch for my wife. She thought she wanted a pink one, but after we bought it, she decided that she wanted a black one so it wouldn't look weird with a different band. We swapped it for a black one and she loves it.

I recently had my Sony sound bar repaired via geek squad (for the second time in less than a year) & it was very easy to do. The people @ Best Buy sent it out for repair & when it was done they shipped it back. All good I suppose.

I have made several purchases on-line, and some in store that required delivery. In most cases delivery occurred next day. The items arrived very well packaged and at no additional cost. Doesn't get better than that.

Doesn't offer many options to chose from for cases, so if you are the type of person that is very interested in having multiple types of decorative phone cases, then it consider getting the 3, 4 or XL version of those two.

Awesome product for beginners. However, if you have ever experienced VR before, for example in a game room and it peeked your interest, just go ahead and get the next level VR headset, which is the Oculus quest.

Best buy rep was extremely helpful with all my questions. I love going to BB as I am not the most tech savvy person and they always guide me towards the right direction and listening to my needs! Very satisfied!

This is our second Roku device. This is for a guest bedroom. The plug-in stick is a simpler solution since we don't have an Ethernet outlet there. Simple setup, controls Tv power/volume/mute from one remote.

When the store ran out of the item I wanted I simply took a picture of the tag on the shelf, went to the customer service counter and ordered it for delivery. It was on my door step the next day. Love it!

Great water cool for anyone who doesn't mind filling the bottles themselves - cold water - cools quick - easy to swap out bottles since it's a bottom loader - pretty quiet while it cools - recommended

Best Buy has the best warranties that I've been able to find that actually compete with newegg.com's warranties. We always purchase Best Buy's warranties for the multi-year protection that they offer.

Not sure what I reviewing. All products I purchased that day for Best Buy were gifts. I haven't heard any complaints. Nephew was happy with the watch, watch band, screen cover and the apple watch.

great smart watch i got it right on time when they said i would, since it had to be mailed, can't wait for my next purchase it is definitely a great smart watch if you never had one before

Ordered 2 iPhones at the store, very easy. Went to Apple store first, they screwed up transaction, It was a zoo. Gave up on them, went to Best Buy for a no stress fast and easy transaction.

The shipping is very fast and I was really happy with the shape and form my product delivered in. Though i cant give it 5 stars since once i ordered a monitor and it came broken twice.

I know I like the Puns, but it works for this plush. The Nintendo Plush selections are fun and the softest!! They could double as a pillow! Fun buy for the Nintendo fan in your life!

We've been looking at this iPad for a while and it finally was advertised at a price that made sense. We jumped on it as soon as we saw it and are very happy with the performance.
