The earbuds seem to have problems going around them to get into my ear. I can't return then because my husband threw away the box. So i deal with pushing them back into my ear frequently. My husband has the same pair and he loves them! No issues with his. So that's why i think it's my earrings.

Takes time to adjust to the different feeling of music without having earbuds physically in. This is great but it can make it hard to hold conversations. For small ears, they don’t feel as if they hold in the correct sport which worsens the overall hearing quality.

Sound quality demising and it is hard to hear. Unit connects with Bluetooth and will overtake other devices even when earbuds are in the closed case.

This AI noise cancelations is horrible. On phone calls, the person on the other line hears the background clearer than me. Its teally unfortunate because these are some good earphones.
