They are a little pricey, but well worth it. I have had every Shokz Openfit headset and these Pro's are the best ones yet. I am sticking with the Pro's and the 2+ for my work headsets.

I currently have three of their models however I was very excited for this one, but this didn’t fit my ear and the sound was leaking more outside than going in my ear. I tried using the accessory to make it fit, but I guess my ear is not made for that.

Overall though not good in work environment with noise. The sound couldn't get loud enough to mask the work environment. However stayed in the ears and if you can wear both at the same time noise cancelling and comfort was a 9. When talking no one complained about background noise. Battery life was not the best 10 hour shift maybe luckily the case is available and rapid to get you back going. With that said the case is bulky and a 2 handed operation.

I know that since it sits over your ear and not in your ear you would have some leakage, but it’s a little more than I expected.

Enabling Noise Reduction reduces background noise, making the headphone audio clearer, while Dolby Audio enhances sound clarity and dynamic range. These two features help the audio stand out and feel louder, especially in noisy environments.
Turning Off the Volume Limit will also assist with any low volume issues.
For iPhone: Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Headphone Safety, switch off the Reduce Loud Audio feature.
For Samsung: Go to Settings > Sounds and Vibration > Volume, click More, and turn off Media Volume Limit.
For other Android phones: Go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphones and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for them.
If the volume is still not loud enough, we suggest customizing the EQ settings in the Shokz App to enhance the volume of vocals or bass. These are at best $20 headphones. They are not comfortable, they are not loud, they don't conform to your ear and they are definitely not worth the money. If they came free with a phone, I might use them, but overall these, while made good, are not worth any money.

Posted .Hi there- Shokz here! We're very sorry to hear you're not completely satisfied with your Shokz. Correct positioning can significantly reduce pressure and improve overall comfort. When wearing OpenFit Pro, please make sure that the Shokz logo faces outward and rotate the earbuds until they sit securely and comfortably. If the earbuds feel unstable, you may use the included accessories to improve fit and comfort.
If you feel noticeable pressure in your ears, this may be related to Noise Reduction. When Noise Reduction feature is enabled, the earbuds reduce low-frequency environmental noise, which can create a sensation of pressure for some users. We suggest adjust the noise reduction level to the lowest in the Shokz App or choose a noise reduction level that feels most comfortable for you.
There is also a phone setting that may resolve any low volume issues.
1. Turn Off Volume Limit Settings
For iPhone: Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Headphone Safety, switch off the Reduce Loud Audio feature.
For Samsung: Go to Settings > Sounds and Vibration > Volume, click More, and turn off Media Volume Limit.
