I bought this product and returned it a few days later. It's not adjustable, it was too small. It would not fit.

Headphones crackle when you change the volume on iPhone. Tried an entire different pair with an exchange and they still crackled! Maybe stick with the pro? Im not sure if the pros do it but I’d imagine they will be better

They were good for the first month. Now they can’t even last an hour and a half. Not worth the money

In concept these are great headphones for running. They let the sound play without blocking out surrounding sounds. Great way to avoid getting run over. Bought the prior model and used it for about a year before they stopped working. Decided to try the new aeroplex. Sound was a bit softer but got used to them. These lasted two months. Very disappointing.

Battery life is much poorer than advertised. I have fully charged these headphones at minimum 3 times during the amount of time I have owned them and they do not exceed 4 hours of service. I used them on a 2 hour flight to Chicago From Austin fully charged from start of flight and they died before we even landed.

Has gone downhill since the original cuts out a lot and doesn’t stay connected

I am giving one star because they just don’t last the 8 hours I expected. I purchased this brand 2 years ago and the older model actually had the battery life it was described to have. 8 hours of life actually meant 8 hours of life. These last 6 hours under minimal use.

People say the sound comes through muffled. Its a little uncomfortable on my ears.

No bass they fall off and poorly on sound quality!

Unusable. It causes a vibration in your "skull bones" that is absolutely intolerable. I used them twice and felt like I was going to throw up after ten minutes, both times. They're tossed in a corner, where they shall remain.

This version is worst than the first. I now have to put the mic to my mouth for others to hear me

Not sure what to expect, but these don't sound very good.

Worked great for 2 weeks. Then it would not turn on and got very hot while charging. Luckily, it did this on the last day I could return and I did. Replaced with the open move model and it would not turn on out of box. This company has a problem.

I loved these until they died. I had them 2 1/2 months and had no issues with them whatsoever. Then they just died. Stopped working, won't charge, no lights, no sounds, nothing. I can't return them and can't afford new ones. So disappointed.

I gave headphones 1 star because there are very uncomfortable. They are very small, and I have a big head. The headphones pinches just behind the ears causing discomforted. I never even turn them on, return to right away.

Item arrived as new in a sealed box and since day one the battery drained in matters of minutes. Did all the recommendations from the website Troubleshooting and it helped for a one time use then drained again. I returned and will be shopping for different brand.

They are great only problem was the staff it was my birthday and I was supposed to get 10%off and the girl at the register refused to give me the 10%. Just because she hated her job doesn't give her the right to ruin the say for the rest of us.
