The first pair came lose inside and rattled horribly. The second pair my son grabbed off my ear and snapped the earpiece without too much force. I'm on my third now and I have taken every precaution to prevent any damage and all on their own the left earpiece is no longer resting flush against my cheek making volume unbalanced... I finally got the Geek Squad protection this time but it's still annoying to have to keep replacing them.

That being said, I still prefer this to sticking something in my ear. I’ve had Apple ear pods, but they make my ears sore.
