Good but expensive
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The show dock will basically turn your Fire HD10 tablet into a larger screened & higher resolutioned version of Echo Show with superior video watching capability (can use Netflix, Youtube, the regular Prime Video etc). The full retail price is quite high though. Mine only costed me $10 as part of my Fire HD10 tablet add on, so at this price it's an excellent product.

Not a replacement for a Echo Show

If feels like a cheaper half measure and not really a good replacement for it. The microphone is weak compared to the Echo so when you want to give it a command you can’t be too far away as you’d normally be shouting commands for your smart home. It slides off the charging contacts also. My kids would constantly put it back incorrectly and it wouldn’t be fully charged when needed. As an adult I made the same mistake in charging also. Just get the real thing. I tried to go the less expensive way and regretted it.

Not worth it

Its pretty much a glorified charging cable, with a stand. I wanted to use this as a stand, charging station AND be able to show photos, when I am not using. The stand is the only thing its good for. If its off just a little it won't charge. And it doesn't just show photos, but ads and other stupid things.
