I love mysteries movies so I think anyone that likes criminal and murder movies will like this one

I was not expecting Shutter Island to be so good. Seriously, how many films starring the same guy over the course of a decade can be excellent? My husband is the Movie D.J. He already knew this film is great, which is why he chose it for us to watch! The Movie D.J. is also a film reviewer, so he warned me ahead of time that this film had mixt reviews. i Guess some people did notLike the twist of the plot. Well, as far as i Am concerned, Leonardo DiCaprio is yet again a superb act! And what a chilling, thrilling film. Highly Recommended.

This movie is a psychological suspense/thriller about two police marshals, Leonardo DiCaprio and Mark Ruffalo, who go to Shutter Island to investigate the disappearance of a young psych ward patient, who has fled her room in an asylum for the mentally insane. These are people whom society has outcasted due to the horrific nature of the crimes they have committed. This movie was very interesting and I would like to watch it again, just to make sure I haven't missed anything more worthwhile about this fascinating thriller!

Spoilerish review - I don't know that I was fooled ala 6th sense etc or if I was meant to be but either way the perfoirmances and the atmosphere were such that this is a great film. Great cast, great director.... One thing I didn't really pick up on... and that may just have been my being dense was that at the end it may have been a form of suicide as opposed to a slip back into madness.

The S-View flip cover does exactly what I expected it to do: protect my phone, make it less slippery and has some very nice features. For example, it shows notifications, allows phone answering (swipe right) and activates the camera (swipe left), all without opening the cover. It seems rugged enough, and makes the phone much easier to handle. I like it!

I thought this was a great movie, very difficult to find locally though it seemed. I liked that it left you asking questions but gradually they all came together. Ive watched it 2-3 times since released and have noticed things i hadnt before each time.

*spoiler* Leonardo stars in this detective to victim tail about an officer headed to an isolated island for the estranged only to become a prisoner himself cut off from the only people who know his true identity.

Delivery was great. There were a few delays but it was around Christmas time so I understand. Movie itself was great as well

It keeps your interest from start to finish. My husband normally doesn't care for these type movies but he liked it also. Sure was a surprise at the end. Very good movie!!!!

I love the accent! I was so confused and was unable to do the usual outcome prediction. (Yeah) It really is quite scary to look back and review the "torture/treatment" that was authorized and deemed humane!

It is hard and time consuming to write a separate review for every DVD I buy. They were all the kind of format I like to view and I was pleased with them all.

I like this movie, it is a little slow moving in the beginning, and you really do not know what is going on until the very end of this film. This is why I only gave it four stars.

Leo is an amazing actor who can play any role. Twists and turns throughout, you have to pay attention through the whole movie. Great thriller

This movie is classic & intriguing to me. I had to purchase it as soon as I saw it I had been looking for it on Amazon and couldn't find it.

Wasn't sure what to expect as I'm one of the few people who don't care for Leonardo DiCaprio but this was a really good suspenseful movie.
