I will start off by saying this is the second Alienware Aurora5 system that I bought. The first one was plagued with problems from day one. Constant crashing and instability. I took it back to Best Buy to be exchange and I was very pleased with the prompt and courteous service that I received from Best Buy and the geek squad. The total process only took a few minutes the new system was in stock and I left the store a happy customer. After getting home and setting up the new system I found it to run very stable and smooth as I would've expected a high-end gaming system to behave. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the customer service at Best Buy.

I wish with big camera purchases they would instead give you a bonus of a memory card or even at least a discount on a memory card or accessories for the camera you just bought

Preordered the Nintendo Switch (not from here unfortunately) and wanted to buy some games to take advantage of the $25 off $100 with Visa Checkout. Bought 2 games and realized that if I got the GCU membership right now, I'd get 20% off those games along with the 25 dollars off! Bought the membership in the same order as the games and the discount applied to the games right away. I ended up paying only around $5 dollars more than I would have without the membership. Crazy deal and I get benefits for 2 years.

These headphones are great, really good sound quality, but they only last about a year. I have had to replace them at least 3 times. Make sure to get the insurance.

If you take a lot of pictures and don't print your own, you may like this. Otherwise, I feel like its just a sales tactic to get you to spend more at checkout.

I never got to use this product but recently saw a friend who purchased a photobook from Shutterfly and was just absolutely beautiful. If you are giving a gift to someone, and are a picture collector, THIS is your best gift to them. The pictures are such high quality and most of her pictures were from her phone. HIGHLY recommend this.

Paying to have all TVs recycled is not cheap but it is the right thing to do and Best Buy charges less than Boulder recycling and is more convenient

I don't recall even receiving this. The salesperson never mentioned it to us. Didn't know It was even rung up until I went to our account history.

The hard drive arrived right on time. All I had to do was plug it into the USB post and start transferring tens of hundreds of photos to get them off my computer and free up an enormous amount of memory! After transferring them, I deleted the pictures from my computer and had a LOT more space on my internal drive. But, I can still access my photos anytime I want and no longer have to pay for extra storage space on my Cloud drive!

Got this coupon when I purchased a camera. I chose the free 8x8 hard cover photo album. Not completely free because you have to pay for shipping, but that was not an issue for me but it might be for others. Also, they charge extra for extra pages so be mindful of how many pics you add and how many pages. My book came pretty fast and I think the quality is very good. I would definitely order another photo album from shutterfly.

I came to the store to purchase a LG 4K TV that was my second of the same brand so I knew exactly what I wanted. I could not find the model on the store floor but the sales staff search the back room until they found it! While they looked, they came back to let me know that they were still looking and explained that the store was prepping for the Thanksgiving sale and the back room was a bit disorganized. I felt well serviced! Very helpful!

Shutterfly is a good service but they offer a constant stream of coupons and discounts some of which are good deals but most of which cannot be combined. You will still have to pay money in order to use this voucher but if you time their sales right you'll cover most of your costs but not shipping as you typically have to spend over $50 to get free shipping. I used mine during the Christmas sales to get a 12x12 calendar.

I've used Shutterfly in the past and been pleased with their products (books & calendars). This credit saves a bit of change when creating books and calendars. Most items I create end up being well over the minimum and this credit will definitely help add pages to my book order and gives me a lot of lee way. You'd be surprised how easy it is to go way over what you expected when creating a photo book.

My son put together an 8" X 8" picture book of photographs that he had taken of me and my beloved kitty, Spoogy. After many years of shared love, Spoogy suddenly died one morning. I was heartbroken. My son put together favorite photos of Spoogy for me into this beautiful picture book. The quality of the pictures and the book itself are top notch. I would order again in a heartbeat.
